I purchased a license, created an account, and entered the key. I can play normally under my username. I created an account for my wife. When she launches the game, it asks her to enter the key. She enters it again, and it says it's incorrect, that the key has already been activated. She enters the second key provided. The game accepts the key, but when connecting to CONFLUX, it displays a message saying that the connection failed, and this key cannot activate the privileges. As a result: I have an account with a Dynasty, and my wife only has access to offline play. In this regard, I have the following questions: 1. Why are two keys needed? 2. How can I create a second full account with a Dynasty so that both my wife and I can play fully, each with our own Dynasty hero? 3. If the second key provided is for activating the exclusive content, why doesn't the game accept it, and why none of the keys I provided (which are listed on the box) work on the link on your website? 4. If a different activation key is needed for the second account, where can I get it, and how can I enter it to ensure that both accounts work correctly? I have a DVD-BOX with two keys.
