Thanks, I'll try lowering the settings. Although my hardware is decent. I think the problem is still with the game itself. But until the next patch, I'll try playing with lower settings.

The only solution here is to replay the first Orcish mission without choosing any reputation for Sandor. Don't choose a reputation in the second mission either.

The solution here is simple: don't make sudden mouse movements during the animation; don't make any movements at all, and it won't glitch.
So, should I move the cursor with telekinesis or what?) The image in the game is constantly moving, absolutely. Except during map loading. That is, if I try to move a hero/unit/explore the map/build a building in a town, it will start to stutter. My friends have the same problem.
