I bought a licensed version, and the cursor flickers wildly during the game, making my eyes hurt. How can I fix this? Please advise.

I bought a licensed version, my computer is in good condition, the drivers are new, everything should work, but... after installation and registration, I launch the game, and instead of the game, there's a black screen with a cursor, and I can't exit, except by using Ctrl+Alt+Del. I'm in shock... I bought a licensed copy too... the cursor blinks, the whole game lags, even though I played the demo and didn't notice any of that... what's the problem?

To everyone: try installing the patch. If the issue persists, sometimes lowering the graphics settings helps.

There were no problems with the demo version at all – everything worked perfectly. Honestly... I'm in shock! I bought the full version, and now the game is lagging. The cursor flickers in the menu... a patch installed automatically for me... it doesn't depend on the settings at all... it's some kind of nonsense.

exactly... and the heroes move unnaturally fast, and when trying to shift the map during a battle, there are jerky movements.

Yes, the cursor is a problem; let’s hope that a second daily patch follows the first daily patch, or at least a weekly one.

People are writing that they don't have these problems with the pirated version... and it was copied from the DVD box... maybe the problem is with the jewel case version? Did you all buy the jewel case version?

Personally, I'm waiting for my DVD box, and I downloaded a pirated version just to check, and the cursor flickers exactly the same way in the pirated version as it does in the licensed version. The box and jewel case versions only differ in the sticker with the DLC code, and even then, not all boxes had the sticker attached - they're clowns, not a company.

I didn't play the campaign; I just tested it for 20 minutes. When increasing the movement speed, the hero's trail disappears, and the heroes move in jerks. If you increase the movement speed of creatures during combat, their voices turn into a squeak. All of this will be noticeable to any player after playing for just 5 minutes. But the blinking cursor and the inability to enable hardware acceleration, like in the fifth game, are the biggest problems. I hope someone will find a solution. :confused:

So, guys? Can you at least provide some kind of patch?
