New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
The total number of skills does not depend on the number of days – it depends on the number of battles fought and the number of skill-enhancing locations visited... And if, for example, I have three main heroes and I am fighting on three fronts simultaneously, then the total number of skills will be distributed approximately evenly among the three. And someone else will fight all these battles with one hero – which means they will level him up much better. This depends exclusively on the tactics used to complete the map... So, in this case, we should leave everything as it is.
However, your suggestion regarding mercury makes sense because the dependence on the amount of time is more strict here. Although, it is not linear either...
There are many other things, but all these tricks usually reduce the speed of completing the map – that is, they work against the main goal of the game – to spend as little time as possible. Here, it's either speed or economy... And combining everything in one tournament, in my opinion, is not rational.
That's why VDV_forever introduces these gimmicks with skills and mercury as rewards for those who couldn't complete the map fast enough...
P.P.S. 2AmberSoler. Playing for speed is still the main indicator.
All these ideas were introduced after the tournament had already started, so I'm just pointing out possible "inconsistencies" that may arise later...
It’s a pity that no more participants are accepted, as there is still a whole month left, and someone could still register and play.

Still, I think the tournament is prestigious because it is held once a year, so what is the point of trying to play for Mercury and end up at the bottom of the table with a bunch of Grails?
You can also miss out on a ton of Mercury and end up nowhere :)
Greetings to all tournament participants!
I started playing the map today, and a question immediately arose:
the rules state that you cannot use the Grail without open obelisks, but what should you do if the computer dug it up, and I took its Castle? At least that's what happened to me, and what should I do, replay the map? Because I won't be able to prove that it wasn't me who brought it.
P.S. By the way, the map is very interesting, but it's not very interesting to play it quickly, it's quite long, but I don't see any other option.
Happy first day of winter to everyone!
I hope it won't be long.
The Grail is still in the Necropolis city, not just in the Stronghold.
