I. General provisions.
1. 6 teams from different resources take part in the tournament.
2. The tournament is held on version SoD.
3. The international language of communication is English.
4. A round-robin tournament is conducted - each team plays all others. Thus, each team must play 5 matches.
5. The numerical composition of a team in each match is 8 players. Games are played 1x1. Players from opposing teams are distributed into pairs and play 1 game against each other. Total of 8 games in each match. Half of the games are played according to one team's rules, half - according to the other.
The team composition may change in different matches.
6. Disputed issues between teams are resolved by a general vote of the captains of other teams and the Coordinator. The Tournament Coordinator conducts the voting and announces the decision.
II. Drawing in each pair of teams.
Step 1. The team captain informs the opposing team's captain of their team's rules and templates (rmg.txt files) with layouts and descriptions that are declared as "home field" for the match.

III. Tournament rules.

2. Tournament dates: September 5 - November 20, 2011.
Each team is given 2 weeks for each match. Games can be played in any sequence.
September 5 - 11 - each team must conduct at least 2 drawings.

Round V. November 7 - 20. All matches must be played.
IV. Finalizing results.
1. For each win in a match between players, the team is given 1 point; for a draw - 0.5 points; for a loss - 0 points. After all games between two teams are played, the points are summed up. The team that scores more points receives 1 team point, the losing team receives 0 team points; in the event of a tie, both teams receive 0.5 team points.
2. After the tournament ends, team points are summed up. The winner is the team that scored the most points. In case of equal team points, the team that scored more points in individual games wins. The final drawing must be reported to Tournament Coordinator.
III. Tournament rules.
1. Players of each pair can agree to any changes/additions to the rules and number of games. If players mutually intend to play more than one game (for example, up to 2 wins) this must be reported to the captains. There is no changes in rounds schedule in such case.
2. The tournament is held from 5 September until 20 November 2011.

IV. Results calculation.
1. Every win in a match between 2 players worth 1 point, draw - 0,5 points, loss 0 points. When all games between two teams are finished the points are summarized. The team who got more points receives 1 team point, opposite team receives 0 team points, in the case of overall draw both teams receive 0,5 team points.
2. When tournament ends team points are summarized. The winner is a team who received more team points than all others. In the case of equality of team points the winner is a team who got more points in the games between players pairs. If two teams got the same number of game points than the result is governed by the private encounter of these teams. If private encounter also ended in a draw than teams get the same final place.
