NikBond is subtly hinting that they are indeed coming out in June, and this information is not exactly new...

I want to pre-order. I don't care about the price anymore; the only thing that worries me is that I've never bought games online before.

Yes, I also thought that the idea with Sailor Moon looks much funnier in this context, but it seems the developers are serious guys and don't stock up on signs that say "sarcasm." I still don't understand why they are turning individual units into entire castles. The Dwarves turned out to be not very good; I'm in the "inexplicable but true" camp, and I've seen better. The Orcs are also uninspired because it's just RPG template stuff. All that's left is to add Kamael to the game.
And what are the Nagas even for? I mean, I understand that the creators of the idea were shocked by the blue-skinned cat-like creatures that ran past them in flat 3D last December, but the hype is unclear.

Lizards, are they just units like the Dwarves? Dwarves are a canonical fantasy race! And so are Orcs! But to avoid being too canonical, they added the non-canonical Nagas.

Canon is actually a good thing, especially when combined with individuality. And orcs and dwarves are already Tolkien's classics, and therefore a well-worn theme. It's not surprising that with such trends, it won't be possible to repeat the success of Heroes 3 as a game of its era. Although, maybe the era of games has simply passed? Who knows.

I didn't know that Tolkien invented orcs and dwarves; maybe he was just the first to use them, right? In Tolkien's world, orcs are evil, bloodthirsty, etc., but here they are more or less noble and even kind, and they also look different (this is Heroes 5). Orcs look different in various universes. In Heroes, they also have their own unique characteristics. And by the way, it's actually quite difficult to come up with a new, original race that would also be suitable for Heroes. And I don't see anything wrong with Nagas.

I personally think that the best racial composition was in Heroes 3, not so much because of its conservatism, but because of the diversity and variability that the game provided.
The heroes certainly need to change, but so far, the changes are pushing us further away from the familiar and positive impression, rather than bringing in their own positive aspects. I wouldn't swear on anything about which race would be best to add to the six, but at first glance, the current composition doesn't look very good. The only thing left is to hope that this time the developers will focus more on the gameplay than on cool graphics. Heroes has a special spirit that has not been well conveyed in the fifth installment.
