Winner, relax, it's a fake. This faction won't be added. And there are 5 siblings.

Something tells me that this icon is the icon of the fourth faction.

Compare the icons of the officially announced factions (clear, concise) and this mess – it’s obvious from just one icon that this is someone’s clumsy prank. It was probably made by some clumsy school kid who just started learning Photoshop yesterday. Well, and you can download figures from the internet – enough for a thousand factions.

and the color of the icons is also different. on the official artwork, they are gold, but on these, they are yellow.

Why say the 4th faction will be in November and then drag it out until the 30th? what kind of UI is that? no respect for the players. They could have just said November, but closer to December.

And what will they do? It certainly can't be worse than the fifth installment.

The developers wouldn't do that.

Ah, you don't seem to like "Heroes of Might and Magic V," Sunny. And that's a shame :p. I didn't quite understand, Arandor, what you meant when you talked about the fourth faction. It hasn't been announced yet, has it? And isn't it still not the 30th (or am I mistaken :eek:)? Or are you still gloating about those "screenshots" :)? There's plenty of room for imagination... It's just that your monster... doesn't look very combat-ready, does it? It doesn't seem like a creature for the game (although, after the queen, anything is possible).

Yes, not the 30th. But they are probably waiting for that date to announce the fourth installment. And that's what I don't like, because they could have said then that they would announce it in December, so people wouldn't have to wait. Nobody needs their intrigue and attempts to build hype among the fans.

Surely, you're not one of those crazy fans who refresh the official website every half hour, waiting for new units, right? So, this won't cause us any particular discomfort. :) And advertisers are all pigs by nature; it's just the nature of their job. I would like a creature like the one in my signature. Or even an entire race of them.

Actually, the developers announced a while ago that they would reveal the 4th faction in early December. The information about November is outdated.

The information about November isn't that outdated ;). It kept my hopes up throughout the autumn :).

Advertising is the engine of commerce. I wouldn't have known about the announcement of "Heroes 6" if I hadn't visited the Heroes Community website one day and seen the news on the entire page :). And the developers probably won't announce it on November 30th – since they said it would be in December, they should announce it in November :). December 1st is already December :cool:. Luckily, tomorrow is the 28th. But I'll still have to check the page for a few more days ;).

I don't like the new race. The developers have completely lost it.

There, the borders and outline are clearly visible (the image was inserted using Photoshop), so it's a fake.

Interesting point of view:rolleyes:. But I don't think the developers will announce the 4th Faction on December 1st; maybe they are preparing a gift for the New Year... I think they will announce it in the first 2 weeks of December.

Each part of "Heroes" is good in its own way - some people prefer the story and creatures from the "third" game, while I, for example, like the graphics and epicness of the "fifth" game. Moreover, the "fifth" game has incorporated many elements from the "third" game and can be considered its successor. The games are similar in gameplay, otherwise they wouldn't be classified as part of the same series. And the "sixth" game will probably fix that :rolleyes:. But everyone has their own opinion ;).

I have friends who love the second and fourth games. I, on the other hand, play all of them except for the first one. However, when it comes to the game universe, the situation is different. I never liked the first one.

I actually prefer the old universe because it's original, while the new one is just another example of pop culture, and there are many of those. But in terms of gameplay, the fifth installment did well, especially with the skills.
They mixed the third and fourth games, but it still resembles the third one more, so the fourth game also stands out in terms of gameplay, and it gets a big plus for that.
