So, Valentin, you see, they appeared later. I didn't know about these additions myself. I played with yarzapp, met him on turn 115, and it seems this early encounter actually benefited me. I glanced at the rules again, saw the additions, was surprised, told my opponent, and he decided to restart. But if I hadn't looked at the rules again on turn 115 when we played the first time, we probably would have had the same situation as you.

Here are these additions:

1. Restart on turn 116 (If both players want to continue, let them continue).
2. If the map is not generated according to the 2sm4d(3) template specification:
- there is only one road from the starting zone
- there is no access to a lumber mill or mine (this must be discovered before turn 116, either by a mountain obstacle or a block of ranged units of level 2 or higher).

In my defense, I can say that they appeared later, in addition to the main version of the rules.

By the way, these changes were made specifically in response to requests from our players, and they were implemented before the tournament began.

I agree, but aren't these general rules for tournaments on the main page? After all, each tournament has its own specific rules. They probably didn't want to change the general rules for all their tournaments, but they changed the rules for FA 2 on the forum at our request.

and after discussion with others referees we decided to add this rules (before tournament began) to show you, that we "listen" your advices and want to cooperate. Mainly, I forced it.
Now, I see that it was mistake.

Also, there will be no other changes in regulations during tournament.
