So, Valentin, you see, they appeared later. I didn't know about these additions myself. I played with yarzapp, met him on turn 115, and it seems this early encounter actually benefited me. I glanced at the rules again, saw the additions, was surprised, told my opponent, and he decided to restart. But if I hadn't looked at the rules again on turn 115 when we played the first time, we probably would have had the same situation as you.
Here are these additions:
1. Restart on turn 116 (If both players want to continue, let them continue).
2. If the map is not generated according to the 2sm4d(3) template specification:
- there is only one road from the starting zone
- there is no access to a lumber mill or mine (this must be discovered before turn 116, either by a mountain obstacle or a block of ranged units of level 2 or higher).
In my defense, I can say that they appeared later, in addition to the main version of the rules.
Posts from Frenzy Attack II - LH International League tournament - template 2sm4d(3).
By the way, these changes were made specifically in response to requests from our players, and they were implemented before the tournament began.
And Lichemaster says: "I'm not forcing you to replay the game; you can leave everything as it is, and that's fine, but it would be a good thing to replay it."
And these were only added on the forum, and I was looking at the rules in the link from the first post, but they aren't there http://www.legends-of-heroes.com/regulations-expertgameregulations.html Regarding restarts at the very end.
I agree, but aren't these general rules for tournaments on the main page? After all, each tournament has its own specific rules. They probably didn't want to change the general rules for all their tournaments, but they changed the rules for FA 2 on the forum at our request.
And Lichemaster says: "I'm not forcing you to replay the game, you can leave everything as it is, and that's fine, but it would be cool if you replayed it."
I've just noticed Wlk777's Post scriptum (P.S.), that's why I wrote my post here.
BTW: about this additional rules I wrote also in this thread

then here

and after discussion with others referees we decided to add this rules (before tournament began) to show you, that we "listen" your advices and want to cooperate. Mainly, I forced it.
Now, I see that it was mistake.
Also, there will be no other changes in regulations during tournament.
OK. Forget about it.

1) It says the following: hero-logistics are prohibited. If they are level 6 or higher, then when an opponent attacks them, they must retreat. I understand that I can level up, say, Gunnarr to level 20 to attack neutrals or just to scout the map, as long as I don't fight in a battle with an opponent?
2) Level 7 dwelling. It says: a player can only use one level 7 creature dwelling. Does this refer to external dwellings, of which there can be several on Jebus, for example, or does it refer to dwellings in castles that belong to you, that is, if I have a castle and a stronghold, and I build demons, then I can no longer build angels?
Никогда не теряйте концентрации, даже если абсолютно уверены в своей победе: секундная расслабленность, и триумф обернётся горьким поражением.
"Любой filowandel запросто станет Neverminder-ом, если захочет". Kash.
The map featured snow and ground tiles, with no hiding spots. We agreed before the game not to take any rests. In the first
round, I scouted and lost my army (2 ducks, 5 lizards, all gnolls) in the mausoleum, resulting in a score of 1-6 in the castle. Thanks to artifacts and skill boosts, my skills were around 6-8-5-5, and I managed to get a consul minor for under 100 grand. My opponent requested an auto-loss, and then conceded. Thanks for the game.
And ofc write email to your opponent Zydar when you will be back and worn him that he needs ICQ if he doesn't want to loose by V/O.
BTW: Does anyone have contact with RiMpel2 and Outlaw? I cannot contact with them. Do they want to play in the tournament cause round2 is their last chance.
