I love Heroes and decided to play online. I went to the online game section, entered the password from the box, and it says that it's incorrect! What kind of nonsense is this?! HELP!

What the heck is going on, can someone help? I'm trying to play online, but it's not working. I have version 3.1, and when I try to join created maps (also version 3.1), it gives me an error message about something 0.2.0.

In one of the posts, I read that you can join a game created by others as a spectator. I checked all the games that are currently in progress, clicked on them twice as instructed, but none of them opened, and in one of them, I was told that I was not included in the save file for that game. So, is it even possible to just observe?

Then some smart person told me that it means the player was waiting for someone specific, not me, and I could get banned for that. Well, I didn't know. So, should you always agree beforehand? That's absurd: you can't agree with an entire country.

I'm having a weird issue. I enter everything correctly, but it takes me back to the main menu. What should I do?

Hello everyone! I have a question.
I'm experiencing a connection error when playing through ubi.com. It says "gathering game information" and then "server disconnected the game" and kicks me back to the lobby. There is no error code. My friend and I have the same game version - 3.1. I've opened all the ports according to the instructions on ubi.com:

"The following ports need to be open in your router or firewall, in order to play this game online:
Ports:
6668 [TCP]
40000 to 42999 [TCP]
44000 [UDP]
45000 [UDP]
42500 [UDP]
8888, 8889 [UDP]
Please make sure that you have the latest firmware driver updates for your router from the manufacturers website."

But the firewall is disabled, so there wasn't much point in doing that. The Outpost firewall is disabled during the game.
My friend has Windows 7, standard settings, and the firewall is disabled.

I can play normally with other people on the site. The error only occurs with him.

I'm having this issue: I try to enter the online game. I enter the key (the disc is a licensed copy), click on Ubisoft.com, register there, enter my login and password.
