-For TE-light, the growth rate of lizards for the swamp castle needs to be adjusted; by default, it's set to 8 instead of 9. I have a corrected file at home; I can upload it if needed.

Suggestion: I'd like to play on 8mm as something-Brogkh. For CM, I haven't decided yet (Tazar is dominant there)).

I'll sign up as a tank, but I might not be able to play much in October.

On the topic: not so long ago, in some tournament game on a small map, my Wistan (level 7, 8, no book, expert in shooting and armor) at the beginning of the second week, without any ambushes, with his native creatures (bulls, ducks in the citadel) and 1 angel, without any artifacts, defeated Consul on the swamp. Losses: bulls, gnolls, 2 ducks, and 2 flies. Bron with his army wouldn't have even dared to go there.
I wasn't particularly worried about choosing a starting hero, but after that, I had no doubts at all, because the Lizardmen are powerful!

Neela level 4: 4-2-6-30, advanced armor, basic earth, basic logistics, useful spells: shield, bless, cure. Army - what is in the screen and 19 gr. crocodiles remaining (there was an external dwelling, same didn't respawn due to sawmill block).

Uncle, don't compare a fight without the book and one with the book :) And 19 crocodiles are no gift either =). Try taking the native Swamp army of the second week to max out someone other than Vistan (SoD, TE-lite) with any losses and without the book—then you'll have a reason to show off :)

It happened completely by accident, I just generated mm6 in light mode with Bron to refresh the nuances, bought the army for 124 and jumped into the Griffin Conservatory without checking, just to see what would come of it.

With this setup, I probably wouldn't try to go for the maximum difficulty. Here, you have a strong crocodile stack, and the rest fall relatively quickly, but if they have morale instead of petrification, then defeat is very likely.
In a real game, it would be useful, admit it? :)

7 Griffins and 5 Dryads will definitely compensate for the 9 extra Crocodiles obtained through the stash, and regarding the book: compare the stats of Neela and Vistan, who, again, judging by the stats, was definitely not level 4, and his armor is not advanced either.;)

First of all, are you familiar with the concept of a "shock stack"? :) And one that can also cast Stone Skin? Gerfulv, like Bron, is valuable not in itself, but because of what it brings: 250 hit points with 4 defense and armor can distract anyone for a long time.
