Has anyone tried to figure out the stats of the crossbowmen?

In my opinion, it's like this (from left to right, top to bottom):
attack, defense, morale (?),
mystical magical attack and defense, luck (didn't notice it right away, but this icon seems to be nothing other than a clover with 4 petals),
speed, initiative (?), health,
ammunition/area of the field within which shooting is carried out without penalty (?).
And in this regard, there are a few oddities:
Firstly, where do such monstrous attack and defense values come from for level 1 creatures? Is the hero that buffed? Maybe. But the health of the creatures hardly depends on the hero, and these guys have as much as 30 HP. It seems that the health of the creatures has been proportionally increased, but it's not clear why. This won't have much of an impact on the gameplay, except that it will be terribly unusual, because in the previous games, the values were always approximately the same.
Secondly, luck and (presumably) leadership have very large values, which suggests that the maximum value will be 100. That is, the squad's characteristics will show not just an abstract number, but directly the probability, expressed as a percentage, of luck or morale triggering (similarly, bad luck, negative morale).
Thirdly, where is the damage?!
Fourthly, by the standards of Heroes 5, their initiative is extremely low. However, here it doesn't seem to be as important as in Heroes 5, since initiative does not affect how often a squad moves with this round system.
