The Samurai, on 121, merged near me, took auto-attack, and killed me on the next turn. It was frustrating because I had 200+ gems and a strategy, but I didn't have time to develop it.
Consider that post about the Samurai as confirmation, and this as the report. At least, I don't see a report.

The opponent insisted on auto or even a new game, which speaks to his high nobility. I then suggested the option "without my victory" — if I win with auto, we consider the game a draw. And that's the result.
The idea of requiring a contribution is utopian. It has been tried before, and it didn't work. Plus, it creates a lot of hassle with fundraising, and it also discourages players.
As an alternative, consider factoring technical defeats into the rating.
P.S. I'll compile the table for the Warlord players. It seems I'll also have to do it for the Shades of Darkness players since Avern has disappeared.
