Basically, the problem is that we have two computers at home, and we want to play Heroes 5 (legitimate copy) with my wife over the internet, but we only have one internet connection (FTTB). Does anyone know how to do this?

I don't know about that, but doesn't it display it when playing over a local network? (if it's available, of course).

As far as I understand, you need to go to the control panel/network connections, select "advanced/advanced settings," and there you will see your connections (including Hamachi). You need to move Hamachi to the very top (there's a green arrow for that).

The problem is different: there are 3 computers at home. Fiber optic cable is used with FTTB technology (meaning fiber optics go into the house). I need to be able to play Heroes over the INTERNET from two computers (and also have the internet working on both computers).
