2. Will I be able to create a profile on Ubisoft without having to use the game and with minimal knowledge of English?

I play a lot of free-to-play games like Heroes: Era of Chaos, and I haven't encountered such issues anywhere else. I paid over $10, but I can't even play the game. Of course, I'm not interested in the single-player mode, as I've already completed it shortly after its release. I believe that if Buka publishes and sells this game, they should take some responsibility, including for the operation of Ubisoft. Gritting my teeth and straining my brain, I remembered all the English words I learned in school and directly through ubi.com in the address bar, and created a profile. But when creating a password, I used the @ symbol, and the site didn't object, but in the game, this symbol cannot be entered; that is, when you press the key, a star is not added to the password.
I gave up and logged in with the password from our forum, test123, and it worked!
However, things didn't get better; I tried to join already created games, but I was kicked out. I had a similar problem with the gold edition from Booki; there were 3 keys on the disc, and it turned out they were simply mixed up.
