In the evening, I tried to log in to Ubisoft again. Now I can't even access my profile; it says the network key verification time has expired, error 8.22.2.
I'm using a mobile USB modem, and the speed is more than enough for a comfortable game of Allods Online, but this is supposed to be a turn-based strategy game.
I have a few more questions:
1. Is the disk and network key linked to the computer? I'm currently playing Heroes on a laptop, and it's running at low quality and lagging, especially the cursor. Can I transfer the game to my desktop computer without losing the network key? I installed it on the laptop because it's more convenient and portable, but I thought it would have enough power.
2. Will I be able to create a profile on Ubisoft without having to use the game and with minimal knowledge of English?

I play a lot of free-to-play games like Heroes: Era of Chaos, and I haven't encountered such issues anywhere else. I paid over $10, but I can't even play the game. Of course, I'm not interested in the single-player mode, as I've already completed it shortly after its release. I believe that if Buka publishes and sells this game, they should take some responsibility, including for the operation of Ubisoft. Ideally, they should create a Russian server, or maybe one already exists? Can you provide a link?
