Yes, increasing the limit isn't a good idea. There was just a very rare situation where there were no high-level Chaos creatures anywhere. Obviously, using Ice Elemental to defeat everyone takes a long time. And you can afford to not invest in it a couple of times during a game.

I agree with 8 minutes (although I don't play very fast myself). If you're developing two heroes, then there's definitely not enough time. But give them 10 minutes, and the matches will be much longer. P.S. And changing anything during the tournament is impossible. IMHO. P.P.S. And if you give both heroes speed, then 8 minutes will be more than enough. But for some reason, no one does that. )))

The following scheme is used to determine the factions: players create a game on the standard map "Old Friends," and the factions are set randomly. The heroes that appear at the beginning are irrelevant – the generated map will still have heroes placed randomly. The resulting setup is communicated to the judge to generate the map in the following format: (red, ) versus (blue, ).
Each player has the right to one restart when determining the faction setup; a technical restart is also performed if there is a mirror match that does not suit either of the two players. The judge is informed of the final setup.
