Posts from Reports on online games and their confirmations (Autumn 2009 season).
Having used up all my restarts and my opponent's, and also taking an additional meeting by mutual agreement on 116, we started playing. The spawn was bad. Two roads: one to ГО. The other to the snow. At the native respawn there was a bonus bank, a couple of hives. Nothing else to do there. I went to wander the snows. The snow respawn was also tiny. There I found an external dwelling of mages. In the native respawn, at first an Evil Eye in a fort with a portal summoning mages, and a secondary 1-4 in the Citadel. With nothing else to do, I ran into the underground treasure zone. Lucky, Shakty quickly leveled Earth to Expert, and Slow was in the mage guild. For the entire second week, I built nothing new, because there was no money, only sent a scout hero to the grass treasure zone for reconnaissance. There was a tough fight with someone for a Fire book, barely won. Then I spot boots with the scout hero in the same underground treasure zone, which I had walked right past. What to do? Mana for 1 Mass Slow, the boots are guarded by a horde of griffins, essentially no army. 22 mages, 3 stacks of 10 Troglodytes. But I have to take the boots anyway. On 127 I attack them, lose almost all mages, 10 remain, and I surrender. Pasha offers auto, and we saved there. Then I didn't go for them again; I ran home and on the third week finally took the boots and gloves, they gave Logistics, and Shakty started running no worse than Kiryushka. On the fourth week I went into the grass treasure zone. Shakty got Intelligence and had plenty of mana, considering mage conservation. Tough guards were breached with golems and Armageddon. I breached the guard of a hive of Efreet Sultans; in the first round the Efreets kill the singles, I cast Slow on them, then Wyverns move first in the second round, Haste on the Nagas, we run away from the Efreets with them, they finish off the singles. In the third round I need to summon Fire Elementals, on whom Fire Shield has no effect, and finish off the villains with them. Instead of turning the page, I misclick and Armageddon goes off — everything except the Efreets dies immediately. Blunder number 2 due to carelessness. They give auto again. Now I do everything correctly. I collected Wyverns. Then Kiryushka arrived, and her army was, oh my, 5 or even 6 times stronger than mine. A horde of Wyverns and Grands, few Angels, a crowd of Unicorns, and all the rest. I quickly take a level-1 Dragon Utopia, and 25 Wyverns + 40 Mages go home; Shakty stays within the opponent's vision with 17 Iron Golems and singles of Gargoyles and Mages. YES!! The opponent took the bait!! They attacked! No tactics! I barricaded the golems with singles and wait, in case the opponent has an area spell like Inferno that kills the singles and the Angels cut down the golems. But everything went smoothly, they killed a few Mages, the Gargoyles got a turn, and Shakty said, "Let Armageddon be!" And it arrived. I paid off and calmly replenished mana. At the native respawn with a Mana Vortex. There I bought 31 Evil Eyes and went to take a Dragon Utopia in the basement. The opponent, however, wasn't thinking of surrendering yet. There were no Wyverns in the attacking army. I take the max Dragon Utopia, they gave the Speaker's Hat and +5 to All. I see Kirya standing by my castle, and there are 36 Harpies and 100 Troglodytes not recruited. I rushed there and bought everything. Mana 520 points. Implosion for one unit. I calmly survived 2 rounds, and of the opponent's 53 Wyverns, 18 remained. I pay off again. I buy back, but then a disconnect. The opponent didn't want to continue. I pulled out an almost 100% lost game. Thanks for the game.
On the first week - no Elves arrived, no money, no Army either, and roads to 2 external dwellings were blocked by Archers. I thought I could bypass the archers, but after defeating the Pegasi, it turned out I had to fight another 20-49 Grands. Only Units in the Fort, as there was no money. In the battle with the guards of the external dwelling and inside the external dwelling itself, I lost everyone except 6 Elves.
On the second week - nothing but 1 Angel, a Medusa's nest, an external dwelling of Conflux, and 6 Vives.
On the third week - 5 Angels, recovered nearly 40 Vives from the Treasury, a Helmet +6 to All, but no Dragon Utopia and no Strike Magic.
On the fourth week - in another Treasury - a Tier-3 Dragon Utopia (Wings, Titan's Shield, Black Ball). In yet another Treasury, I saw movement of the opponent's Heroes and headed there. I attacked, but the lack of Mass Haste and Slow allowed the opponent to cast Armageddon and buy their way out. Since there was no Strike Magic, it made no sense to continue against Armageddon and Explosion.
ГО not on the road. Week 1 - Horses in the castle, external dwelling of elves, native secondary. Week 2 - Dungeon secondary, dwarf dwelling, minimum cons. Another external dwelling of elves on the native respawn. Passage to the swamp secondary is broken through, but my scout gets killed there by blue. That secondary is adjacent, and it could have been rushed, but somehow it didn't work out :), by silent agreement we decided to grind until we were numb. I really wanted to level Tactics first so that my elves wouldn't be blocked in battle, but it wasn't meant to be - luck with skills wasn't on my side in this game. Week 3 - I learn Slow for my Expert Earth. Cons level three, library, minimal hives, crypt. Two treasure zones are not fully explored. The first is in the underground, adjacent to my dungeon secondary. There's a Sword of Justice, Necklace of Dragon Teeth, and 2 libraries. The second is also in the underground, but the entrance is from the Rampart secondary's respawn, I lit it up from the dungeon respawn with a torch; there's a Speaker's Cap right at the entrance. There were also red and white orbs of interest lying around, but I never got around to them. Week 4 - I farmed the first treasure zone, while Shakti reached it, but a hundred Snipers guarding a hives and the Ring of the Wayfarer blocked the passage there. Next to them lay a Titan's Gladius; at that time, the Miner's parameters were decent - Attack/Defense around 12/20. Given these parameters and the fact that the Sword of Justice was with me, not Shakti, it's obvious the Titan's Gladius would have been no hindrance to him, but I, deciding I was already megacool, left everything for blue and didn't fight the Snipers. Next, I take cons level two and the Dragon Cliffs on the Rampart respawn and run towards the blue cap. Week 5 - The cap is taken. Still no Tactics, there are many elves and Implosion for 1650 (with Spell Power 18), but Shakti is also growing in parameters and has already been caught using Fly (or wings) and Town Portal - I don't remember exactly when he was spotted, maybe earlier. There's also an earth treasure zone, unexplored - I go there. From the artifacts there, I only took the Cape +10% to magic resistance, and even that I forgot to pass after we took a break. In that same treasure zone there were 3 hives, a library, and there was a Dragon Utopia as well, but the path to it was blocked by a border guard, for which I didn't have the key. :( Week 6 - Return home. Shakti seemed luckier in his travels, he attacked Ivor in the capital. As for who had the better chances, I'll refrain from evaluating. I think the opponent's main mistake was casting Resurrection once instead of Implosion and changing artifacts before the battle. My Implosion was for 1875, and the Miner's for 1912 (with Spell Power 13). Slightly more than half of the Dwarves survived, about the same number of Centaurs and Pegasi. Ivor wins nonetheless, thanks for the game.
That happened. I'll note a few points – I spent a lot of time and troops to take the utopia at the beginning of the third week, and it was complete garbage there (best art armor +4/4 to attack/defense), apparently chocolate isn't meant for guys like me... I lost a lot of troops there (only 22 Minotaurs left, total, on day 133)... As a result, I had NOTHING to fight with on day 3, so I went for treasures, and managed to find some things there (full control and a bunch of ducks)... But I played the final on a 2 rating, because... (well, there were real reasons for that). Thank you for the game.
Если нельзя но очень хочется то можно. Живём один раз =).
But I submitted the final save for a score of 2, because... (there were real reasons for that). Thank you for the game.
In general, I think it would be useful and interesting (if the Heroes community is interested) to upload saves from your Battle Maps.
Perhaps many will want to replay the battle, but in their own way. Taking turns making moves for one player and then for the other. Or testing the final save with someone.
Rich respawn, fast roads. No problems placing cavalry in the castle on the first. On the second I built angels. Pir leveled up well. On day 131 I took the Griffin Conservatory triple, the opponent did the same and came to me, I bought additional troops and attacked myself, 6 angels and mass haste ruled the day. Thanks for the game.

Here is an autosave before the final battle, feel free to analyze it if you are interested...

Despite Shakti seemingly having a significant advantage, Shakti only won by a small margin (playing as both sides), and even then, only if the Dwarves don't resist the Explosion. The Black Orb only hinders Ivor.

Shakti won with a magic power of 13? How did the battle unfold? In our battle, my centaurs and wyverns took out the enemy's troops in the first round; I think this could have been avoided. On the other hand, would I have then engaged with all my units at once? And what would have happened if the battle had turned into an exchange of explosions? Based on the heroes' parameters, a melee fight would have been more advantageous for Shakti.
And does the black orb also reduce resistance for the Gnomes? If it reduces resistance for the Gnomes, does it then reduce resistance from the hero's skill and artifacts?
Does the black orb also reduce resistance for Dwarves? If it reduces resistance for Dwarves, does it then reduce resistance from the hero's skill and resistance artifacts?
I don't know about artifacts and the Dwarven specialty, but the black orb does render the resistance skill useless – that's a fact.

Auto-translated
"Orb of Vulnerability," which, as the description states, "removes the natural immunity of all monsters on the battlefield."
Natural Magic Resistance is a permanent "immunity" of a monster to certain spells or types (or schools) of magic. This means that under normal circumstances, neither side (neither the troop leader nor their opponent, nor the monsters capable of casting spells) can cast them on this monster. Do not confuse this with the ability to reflect hostile magical attacks with a certain probability* (gnomes, ...).
* - The Orb of Vulnerability completely neutralizes the effect of the secondary skill "Magic Resistance" in all its manifestations - all artifacts that increase resistance do not work, and neither does the specialization of Thorgrim (Magic Resistance).

The spawn wasn't abundant, but quite playable: stables on the road, an external elven dwelling, a mini Griffin Conservatory. I broke through to the swamp, but Valentin decided not to continue, citing a poor layout...
Thanks for the game.
Пусть мой враг будет силен и страшен. Если я поборю его, то не буду чувствовать стыда.
Confirming, the game is dead, slow roads, no money or hidden resources at all, didn't want to struggle. Thanks for the game.
