Piterius (red, Conflux, Labeta, Moner) def Hermit (blue, Fortress, Tazar, Tazar), 8mm6, TE_light, 223
I chose all the rests plus one more by the block; in the end, I got a poor respawn without a single cache, but with two utopias. The start was very difficult — air structures weren't built, the heroes came with pixies, 3 air elementals, 5 water elementals and 20 pikes:o , basically you can't fight much with that. The undead from the prisoner on 112 helped a bit to break through, but upon exiting the respawn, the morale wolves zeroed the pixies and things got really bad. I brought up the built air and water elementals, took the Inferno computer only on 121, built up to pits with a thousand, psychics in the citadel at home, spotted three more passes and 2 pit caches.
On the second [week] I take the Dungeon village and the dragon cache near it, a hive with 6 wyverns nearby. I find another Tower village, a hive next to it. The two remaining passes are guarded by 20-49 Cyclops Kings and 20-49 gr. liches respectively. Definitely one of them leads to Tazar; in the end, I chose the more convenient path to run and ran into him, but that was on the third. As for the results of the second, I recover some money and put birds in the Castle, spot a utopia and a conservatory in the snows, but I don't aim for them because it's way too far. And there are actually no other conservatories! I didn't take a single one until the end of the game!
There was another significant trouble for me — there was no fighter, mainly mages were leveling up, while Lak, Cult, and Fyur were either in chains or sitting out in castles as number nine. Mainly Labeta, Ciel, and Brissa were leveling. Labeta was preferable with exp earth, air, and sorcery, so at the start of the third I break through the liches with her, and she runs on three CD and 6 wyverns for scouting, spotting a fork. And right there she is met by Taz with 7 angels (single digits). I escaped without paying the buyout, but traded my units for 2 angels. Taz targeted me. I dump all resources to zero and throw the army at the last pass — through the cyclops. On the edge were zero-level Cult without a book and Ciel. Decided that I need to level a fighter. I smash 30 cyclops, 50-99 air elementals, a hive with 8 wyverns, 10-19 manticores near the utopia on the pass and ... I hit a tower-village! Then I hit 10-19 scorpicorns:( And here I really wanted to surrender because in the army there was 1 bird left, 7 psychics and 20 blue and white shooters each, I spotted a bunch of utopias, but there's no way to take them! There was also a lift, but from the overview it was clearly visible that the road through the sand to the computers in the swamp and snow was expensive... Tazar turned back at this time, and I recover the prisoner Moner with exp attack and log — where have you been all this time, handsome!!! A couple of battles and he already has wisdom and earth. In general, the plan further is simple — level Monu and manage to eat all the utopias before the blues arrive.
I gather my strength only on 211, break 5 utopias, have fire and air books, put giants at the computer and take their 2 caches, since there's not much meat — spotted 3 hives, and start cutting demons.
221 I take the sixth utopia, 222 — I aim for two more, but I see movement of the Tower from the overview — Tazar on a fly has been hanging around the rocks for the second day, there's a purse nearby — doesn't seem thick. I jump there, drive Taz away — pity, my tactics turned out to be weaker. I reach the purse, kill 6 angels out of 10, a buyout follows. Didn't have enough moves to jump home — I see bracers nearby. And here I realize that if Taz wasn't hit by Bronkh in the tavern, now the whole purse will arrive and tear me to pieces with the bracers:eek: I had 11 birds, 18 psychics, 10 wyverns, 30+ gr. earth elementals, single-digit fires, the steel purse was fighting on another front
That's exactly what happened, Taz attacks with bracers, but the purse didn't impress, apparently there wasn't enough money to pay the buyout and then buy everything. In the end, 75 mana was enough for me to finish off almost everyone with storm and blast and even resurrect the birds once:smile16:
Thanks for the game! Thanks for the map!
Special thanks for TE_light, hope you liked it! :)
I confirm. That's exactly how it was. In the first week I captured two gnoll caches, a basilisk and lizardman cache, little money and fell just a bit short of building hydras — wasted money building the prefecture, would have been better to have the market. But on the other hand, there's money to buy things and 3 conservatories are spotted on the home respawn. On 121 a conservatory for 2 angels, then I bring the army to the second conservatory and two more angels, naga bank 4, then I bring it to the third and three more angels, on 127 I would have taken another minimal hive, but due to an error I was short 1 cell to bring the whole army and took it only on 131. In general, on 127 Tazar with gloves had level 11 expert defense, shooting, earth magic and advanced tactics. In the capital, everything is in the Castle, but there's no money and nowhere to get it. The map is explored less than 10%... Riza with wyverns is going down one path, and Tazar is going to the Dungeon. I check the overview there and see a hive and Labetta, rushing to my respawn apparently on single-digit wyverns and a red dragon. I take the hive, attack with 7 angels, didn't realize that underground the red dragon's speed (by the way, there were 3 of them) would be equal to the angel's speed and got hit by a burn. But I still almost killed her and lost two angels. She didn't pay the buyout, but ran away, therefore it could be concluded that the opponent was also very poor. I boldly went forward, entered the 3rd zone, figured out where the opponent's home respawn was. If I had all the wyverns, I would have tried to push through, but there was no way to transfer wyverns from Riza, who by the way had already lost one. Thought that in the city, with the army Tazar had, I probably wouldn't take the opponent's capital, especially since he didn't even have a book, and I left... found the road to the pink's respawn... Then I walked a long time to the green one and barely killed him there, couldn't hold his captured capital because the computer troops were getting experience and Pyrra knew expert ballistics, lost a lot of time there, although I took the utopia. Wanted to take the shackles of war in the 10th zone, but Moner attacked and Tazar had to run, spent a lot of money on the buyout. Built GM 4 in the green's Inferno, there was a town portal. I bought as many troops as I could, took the shackles and attacked Moner, but of course there wasn't enough money to hire the whole army, and for the one I could hire, Moner had enough mana to defeat with magic. GG.
Thanks for the game.
