He has a lot of resources, but not many troops (especially archers). I only managed to take a level 2 town. When the opponent positioned himself near the Guardian on day 127, there were two options: either attack the consulate with 3-4 units (to prevent him from getting it) or attack the Guardian (with a pack of chaos hydras) and then attack Kir, who was standing on a couple of angels. Given the unpromising nature of both options, I chose the first one, managed to get a decent advantage there, and decided not to prolong the surrender.
