Hey, I have a problem: I installed Heroes of Might and Magic V, played it for about two weeks, and then my favorite game crashed(((... when I launch it, after the intro, it immediately shows an error (whether to send or not send a report)... I thought it was Kaspersky (8.0), that it was blocking it... I added the game to the list of trusted sources... but it still doesn't work! I uninstalled the game, cleaned everything in the registry related to it... reinstalled it... the problem didn't go away... help me):smile50:

I have almost the same problem: the original game worked fine, then suddenly... it stopped. On the splash screen, the Windows mouse cursor appears, and there's an "error" sound, followed by 10 minutes of "neither here nor there" (it doesn't start or shut down). But if you persistently click on the error icon on the blue bar at the bottom, the screen darkens, and eventually the game starts. Shutting it down is normal afterward. What should I do about this?

I reinstalled Windows, and everything started working! It must have been Kaspersky, that piece of junk! I'm blaming it!
