Garbage collectors' find.
In a trash container near the house of Major Vikhr, a bloodstained book in Hebrew was found (experts claim it is the so-called Torah). The Major identified it as the weapon used in the first attempt on his life.

Innocently murdered.
Last night, a terrible thunderstorm raged over the capital, as if the sky was mourning yet another victim – Tengro. He was an extremely modest and decent man. He lost a lot of blood, but miraculously survived until morning. He even managed to glimpse his killer, but he only managed to say: "I saw! It was, it was..." A simple cross, but here it’s not so simple.

I think that HoM[M]ie should be punished. Because it includes Lord of the Rings, it includes "there and back again" (a separate story about Bilbo Baggins, if anyone doesn't know), and it has a cross (+1 to Armor). The only thing I don't like is Pearl Harbor, but let's see what Hommie has to say.

I don't think going there and back is a clue, or how many clues are there in your opinion? There are only two at most.

We need to think about what these numbers mean and, possibly, what the torn corner means? And, of course, consider Pearl Harbor.
