You can read about the first, spring, clan war here:

About the second clan tournament – here:
/topic/5286/
/topic/5311/
So:
1. The clan tournament is held to popularize the game we all love, attract new players, consolidate clans, and identify the strongest among them. ONLY CLANS registered on HeroesWorld can participate in the tournament. In addition to registered clans, a team consisting of a "Union of Independent Clans" combined team, as a clan alliance, has the right to play in the clan war.
2. The clan tournament is held on game versions HoMM3 SoD 3.2 and 4.0. By mutual agreement, players can arrange to play other versions of the game – TE or TE-light.
3. The tournament is played according to the rules of online games for HoMM3 /topic/3515/
4. Each clan may field 1 or more teams. A team consists of three people who are members of the same clan. If a clan registers more than three online players, it has the right to make substitutions during the tournament, notifying the opponent and the organizer in advance. The clan also has the right to make changes to the roster and add new clan players during the tournament.
If a clan does not have three players, the clan may field two fighters, but no fewer. A mercenary may act as the third player OR a substitute player for the clan. However, you cannot hire two or more mercenaries. And another thing – there can only be one mercenary! You also cannot swap them like gloves (first one plays, then replaced by another mid-tournament...). Substitutions from players who are members of the clan can be made unlimitedly.
Note: A mercenary is a player registered on the forum but not part of any registered clan.
5. Competition deadlines. A team is obligated to play one round within a week and a half, according to the schedule. These deadlines are set due to summer and players' real-life commitments. Adjustments during the games due to vacations, etc., are also possible.
The exception is postponed games; there are situations where a game is postponed not once, but twice. Therefore, players who have postponed a game are given another week to finish it, but captains must notify the organizer about a postponed game in a timely manner.
For example, one of the teams fields only one player for a round, while the other fields three as required. In such a case, the first team receives two losses for no-shows, while the second will lead the match 2-0. However, the team captain must inform the referee about the opposing team's missing players in advance.
For example, in a round, both teams field only one player each. In such a case, the match between the teams will end with a score of 1-0 instead of the standard 2-1 or 3-0.
6. The tournament uses a round-robin system, each team plays every other team, and the winner is determined by a simple majority of points earned. The clan whose players approach the tournament most conscientiously will win. The winners will be determined by the total number of points earned by the players. That is, a situation may arise where one team wins all matches but with a minimal score, and another team could overtake it, even if it lost once, but conscientiously played all games and earned more points. One point is awarded for one player victory.
7. The question of refereeing. I propose that the AC, as a newly formed "judicial" body, take on the refereeing in this tournament in case of disputed situations.
I ask clan leaders and online fighters to leave their applications for the tournament here. Tentative start of the tournament is July 6.
And may the strongest win!
