7.The issue of judging. I suggest that the Arbitration Committee (AK), as a newly formed "judicial" body, take on the role of judging in this tournament in case of controversial situations.

No questions. On behalf of the AK, I express the hope that there will be either no controversial situations at all, or very few, and they will be easily resolved.
