I support the ban on Wing and Tower. Also, it would be better to ban breaking the Guardian Order (GO) before the end of the first month and allow taking the Castle if you reach it through all the passages (this is not always possible, it requires a specific strategy and a lot of power).

Well, this suggestion was actually linked to allowing attacks on a city if the attacker didn't come through the GO. But if attacking is still not allowed before the 5th week, then I don't see the point in banning movement in that zone.
