There's a suggestion to ban jumping and breaking through the Gate of Order (GO) for 1 month.
Well, this suggestion was actually linked to allowing attacks on a city if the attacker didn't come through the GO. But if attacking is still not allowed before the 5th week, then I don't see the point in banning movement in that zone.

Regarding the Naruchey... I think we've already figured out that they are allowed!
I'd like to clarify - are they allowed at all times, or only against the Dark faction (because the rules on the first page say they are only allowed against the Dark faction)?
