I always face a dilemma at the beginning of the game: who to choose: Gaaltran - Vidomina/Isra - Tant.
According to my calculations, level 1 skeletons deal about 20% more damage compared to a hero without any specialization. Isra/Vidomina raise about 20% more skeletons, which is basically equivalent. (in the calculations, I assumed level=10)

3 attack points = +15% damage to a stack of skeletons without specialization; if you also take into account the defense, then this is equivalent to a stack of skeletons with +20% damage.
If we use pure logic, then when there were no restrictions on necromancy, as far as I remember, Gaaltran and Vidomina were chosen approximately equally. If the latter had an advantage, then the other heroes would not have been needed by anyone.
3 attack points = +15% damage
Based on what is written, 3 points will give a 15% damage increase.
It should be clarified that I am calculating this for two stacks of 100 skeletons each. One Gaaltranian with +3 attack modifier and +2 armor (= approximately +20 damage)* and the second Vidomina (+20% to quantity = +20% to damage). In Physmig, in the chapter "how necromancy works," it says that an expert can resurrect up to 30%. I took 20% because I am doing the calculation for level 10-12 characters.
*this modifier was taken based on the post /topic/at/84042/, which was accepted as true since no one disputed it further in the thread.
Physmig 1.14 Chapter: "Calculation of damage dealt in battle". Section "base damage modifier". Quote "in the event that the attacker unit's attack (Att) (taking into account all artifacts) is greater than the victim's defense (Def), for each unit of difference, the modifier increases by 5% of the base damage value (the maximum excess allowed in the game is 300%; if the Attack-Defense delta continues to grow, the effect does not increase)".
Based on what is written, 3 points will give a damage increase of 15%.
.
In SoD I personally checked several times, 2 % gives 1 attack point.
I just checked on two angels, exactly 5% per unit of difference.
You're checking it in a strange way.
I just checked it on two angels, and it's exactly 5% for each unit of difference.

I can't view the save file, but I'll try to explain the mathematical situation.
With a base damage of 500, when the attack of the Archangels exceeds the defense of the Bears (of course, taking the terrain into account), for example, by 9, we get damage of 500*(1+9*0.05)=500*(1.45)=725.
Now, let's add 1 to the attack, and we get 500*(1+(9+1)*0.05)=500*1.5=750.
You are undoubtedly right that the damage did not increase by 5% compared to the previous value. It increased by 5% compared to the base value (500).
When comparing creatures with the same attack and defense (that is, the difference between them is 0), the increase will be exactly 5%.

I didn't even think I'd win, as I was just practicing for Conflux, the birds weren't spawning in the fort, and at the dungeon's secondary spawn, a horde of mummies was guarding the tree with no way past, so I attacked just to see "how many I'd kill." - all the faeries, water elementals (with Caltrops) died, and they nibbled at the air stack. But the fact itself! Horrible... Now I understand why Luna is called a cheater hero!
За то что нейтралы не бегают за единичкой, для меня это уже стоит того
