Posts from Heroes of Might and Magic II Gold Edition: Mods, programming activities.
and here are the official ones, also based on the fifth installment: http://www.hommkingdoms.com/
and there are some others as well.
But the fifth installment isn't quite the same. Anyway, if you have time, I can help you with screenshots; just let me know which ones you need from the second game.
And do you need video clips? I don't have any, though.
And by the way, will the interface be the old one or the new one?

I plan to modify the game step by step, with mods. (Indigo)

I'm not working on the game alone anymore (I found someone who loves Heroes 2 as much as I do). I hope you'll join us; the more of us there are, the faster we can create it. We'll be creating a new engine (similar to the one in Heroes 3: In the Wake of Gods, but not exactly the same). I'm posting a small number of new units that I've drawn (I'll still improve the demon; the magic dragon is copied from Heroes 1; the Genasi of the four elements, dragons, and ghost are just redrawn; the rest were drawn by me). By the way, the Necromancer raises the fallen as undead (similar to Hellspawn in Heroes 3's Demons, but not just allies)

and a new Triton has been added.
I've only uploaded a portion of the creatures that have been drawn so far; there are also many ready-made decorations, artwork, and other objects. The game will truly be amazing. Join us; all the new features will only be available in the new map expansion. Old maps will remain with their old features (with the exception of some improvements and bug fixes, such as quick battles).
We need people who are proficient in Photoshop, Paint 3D and higher versions, artists, designers, map-makers, and map editors, people who can create (or suggest) music suitable for the second Heroes game. Your ideas (I have a whole book of them that I might write down here later).

First of all, the game features a quick battle mode, creatures are categorized by quantity (as in Heroes 3), and the music is good (the best tracks from The Price of Loyalty and The Succession Wars have been used). Now, when switching between mono and stereo modes, and between opera and other music styles, the music is completely different. Bugs with online play have been fixed (the game often crashed during online play), and the most important new feature for online play is that when your opponent is taking their turn, you can plan your actions and implement them after their turn (i.e., while the computer or another player is taking their turn, you can plan where to move your hero, what buildings to construct, etc.).
I support you in everything. I think something new and beautiful will come out.
We are all very much hoping for that. Yes, regarding the division of armies, it is a useful thing. Let's say, just with an arrow *to the right*, *to the left*).
Well done! Amazing characters, very colorful.
I especially liked:
1) Tan
2) Centaur
