Hello. This is not the first time I've encountered problems connecting to Ubisoft after installing "Tribes of the East" + patch 3.1. I've tried restarting the game and the computer, but the loading screen freezes during the "Initialization" process, and it doesn't even get to the network key stage. I've attached a screenshot. Please help me figure out what's going on.

This usually happens to me when either the internet connection is unstable or there are issues with Ubisoft's servers. There's no other explanation.

If we're being serious, Vampire is probably right – it's a bug in the game itself... and it's not uncommon these days... try connecting later – if that doesn't help, check your antivirus, firewall, etc. Maybe someone else can offer a suggestion... I don't know, try reinstalling the game and the patch – but do it correctly (after cleaning everything up).

I don't understand what you're talking about. If you're talking about offline play... I currently have a widescreen monitor, and I haven't had any problems with it (for version 3.1).

If you're talking about online play... I tried playing arena through Ubisoft twice. The first time, there were no problems, but the second time, the map loaded, the connection was established, but my computer froze (by the way, this was the only time my computer froze).
Then I installed Hamachi... and there were no problems.

Therefore, I think the problem is not with the monitor, but rather with the internet or Ubisoft.

I downloaded patch 3.1 and started installing it on my pirated version of Heroes V 3.0. It gave me an error: "Heroes 5 3.0 is not installed on your computer..." Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Yes. Either buy it or download the original image from somewhere.

I have the same problem, as Dominus says – patch 3.1 won’t install. Too bad, I might have played some 5-player duels. I probably have a pirated copy too, although the guy I bought the Heroes anthology from for 50 rubles in the subway swore it was a licensed copy. Well, I don’t know… :D

I received a licensed copy of the game as a gift (the main game 5 + the "Hammers of Fate" expansion). I installed both, and downloaded patches 1.6 and 2.1. I installed the patches. The main game runs fine, but "Hammers of Fate" displays the message: "Game disc not found... please insert the disc." I searched through all the topics, but there was no answer to this problem. Can you tell me what I did wrong or what I didn't do? I've already played the main game (a pirated copy), and I really want to play the sequel.

I installed the 3.1 add-on on a pirated copy, and it works fine. Maybe I just got a good quality pirated copy.
