Regarding KISH and Rammstein, it's quite possible that they were planning a joint project – two mediocre bands playing mediocre music with meaningless lyrics, pure commercialism. They complement each other. In my opinion, KISH is one of the most shameful phenomena in the domestic music scene.

You got carried away! Where exactly did you find stupid lyrics in KISH's songs? Almost all their songs have a very fun and interesting meaning. I don't know about Rammstein – I'm not very good at German (do you know German?), but they do have some good music – remember, for example, "Adios, Engel." I also don't understand why you consider KISH a "shameful phenomenon."

As for me, I listen to good old stuff – Nautilus, Kino, DDT, Aria, Mashina Vremeni, Alisa.
And especially, DDT and Alisa please me, as I'm more of a fan of heavy music – and their latest albums have become much heavier.
From punk, I prefer KISH and Sektor Gaza. But, for example, I don't like Bi-2. Also, I don't really respect Kipelov after the breakup. That's how it is.

I was talking about a sound producer who worked with Rammstein, among others, and he made a pretty good sound for Kishi on one of their albums ("Bunt na korable," I think), considering it's Russian rock. There don't seem to have been any joint projects between these two very different and interesting bands. What determines whether something is "commercial," I wonder? And as for the lyrics, someone already mentioned Kishi above, and if anyone is interested, people who teach German have given flattering reviews of Rammstein's lyrics, even though they don't like that kind of music:p.

P.S. I personally consider all three of the aforementioned bands to be in the "average" category; they're worth listening to, though.;)

Who here said that KISH's songs don't make sense? They do have meaning; they just sing fairy tales, that's all))). Sometimes it's interesting to sit and listen to them. Regarding commercialism, yes, the guys like money... concert prices are high! True punks shouldn't charge such prices... It's just pure money-making, that's all.

I prefer KISH and Sektor from punk.

I don't really like them ("SG"), but regarding the "hooligans" - that's only about half of their audience; the other half are just normal rock fans (there are quite a few among my acquaintances).

P.S. This is just my IMHO. P.P.S. In general, I listen to: KISH, Kukry, Lumen, sometimes Naiv, emo-punk Myata, sometimes Tarakany. Rock— Aria, Epidemia, rarely Legion.

I appreciate Russian rock =)). I listen to: Kino, Korol i Shut, Potomu Chto Gladiolus, Yorsh, 1.5 kg of excellent mashed potatoes, Lyapis Trubetskoy :)

I respect and treat it with reverence. I was raised on the songs of Viktor Tsoi, and my turbulent 10th and 11th grades were filled with Sektor Gaza. My more thoughtful student years were marked by Nautilus Pompilius, Agatha Christie, DDT, and Splean. I never really got used to foreign music; sometimes, depending on my mood, I might listen to Rammstein or Nightwish, but only for a short time.
And now, I guess, the first signs of old age are appearing... I want to hear female voices more. That's why such nonsense as Masha and the Bear, Zemfira, Night Snipers, Mara, and some other random stuff is appearing in my old playlist – what a horror...

Alisa - "Pulse of the Guardian of the Labyrinth's Door" - an album that resembles the albums of Kinchev in the good old days.
Agata Kristi - this is where the style is. "Thriller" - a dark truth about life.
NOCHNYE SNAIPERY and Svetlana Surganova - it's captivating...
Chorny Obelisk - this is pure drive!
Kino, Aria, Nau, Splin, Krematory, Aquarium, DDT, and many other bands - each of them gives its own piece of understanding of the world and a piece of energy that nourishes us...

I haven't heard of most of the things mentioned in this thread. Ooh.
But DDT – that's a classic. I love them. And it's all thanks to my dad, haha.
P.S. "Snipers" is also one of my dad's favorites... I heard "Sailor," and I liked it.

Also, Aria, Kipelov, and RAGE are better than КиШ even in terms of commercial success. They deserve it because they have virtuoso musicians who have been performing on stage for twice as long as the guys from КиШ.

What don't you understand in Amarant's post? Our entire rock culture is just plagiarism. I can tell you which band almost every one of our bands copied the style from (note, not the songs, but the style).
