The topic. What you can't really enjoy music on your computer without... :rolleyes: This is where they are discussed.

Winamp is great because it's convenient, compact, and doesn't cause any glitches on my computer :D
But now I have to use Windows Media Player :(

Well, 11 isn't bad at all, in my opinion. It's a bit slow, but I haven't found any other drawbacks. As for Winamp, that's the real deal. The only thing that bothers me in the latest version is that it appears in the taskbar. I also really like AIMP2.

I can use any player equally well. But my family is already used to WMP version 10, and I use it too. And there are no complaints in general.

What I like about it is the library :) everything is nicely arranged, with pictures :D

iTunes. It's convenient, aesthetically pleasing... I like it. The latest version, 8.0, has a great feature: sorting music by album art. Several other, not too significant, but pleasant features combine to make it a very convenient and high-quality player. However, due to its bulkiness, it's not very suitable for listening to single tracks, and it doesn't handle video playback very well... For such cases, there's Windows Media Player 11, which is also quite convenient and pleasant...

And I use a separate player for videos: **The KMPlayer**.

I manually sorted the groups and songs in order and I'm listening... that's all, nothing else is needed.
P.S. And most importantly, it doesn't lag! I don't remember the version, but I don't care).

For videos, I use Windows Media Player 11 or Light Alloy.

I listen to everything on the 11th player. Videos are also there.

AIMP2. I like the playlist creation and, in general, the quick access to them. The way they sort folders into subgroups is well thought out. And, I think, it's the fastest media player.

I've never seen any downsides to Windows Media Player and I still only use it...

Why wasn't Winamp split into separate versions?
I used version 2.9 for a long time (the last classic version), but it didn't support Unicode.

I love Winamp as a music player. As for video clips and anime, I use either BSPlayer or Media Player Classic.
