Question: Is it possible to configure Windows XP SP2 so that the connection is automatically established when Windows starts? And, of course, how can this be implemented? It's a bit annoying to have to perform a bunch of unnecessary actions every time I start the system.

It depends on your internet provider; I have a special program from them that automatically establishes a connection when launched, and it also sends a lot of useful information. I don't know about modems, as I haven't used them. You could write a program that launches the connection process, but it would consume memory. Also, I think there are programs available online that allow you to select everything you want to enable when starting up. I haven't needed them myself. :)

I'm even embarrassed by my noobish question :o It turns out that everything is incredibly simple. I'll explain the procedure if anyone is interested. 1. Start -> Connect -> select the desired connection, right-click -> **Status**. 2. In the "General" tab, select "Properties". 3. Open the "Options" tab. 4. At the very top, in the "Dialing Options" group, uncheck "Prompt for name, password, certificate, etc." (if you, of course, trust those who have access to your computer). That's it, now, when you launch the connection (by clicking on the shortcut), it will start connecting automatically. The rest is easy. 5. Start -> All Programs -> Startup. Copy the shortcut to your connection there in any way. Enjoy :)

It seems I've figured out the table issue. When I was creating it, I used the "Enter" key to start a new line for convenience. Now, I've removed all the extra "Enter" keys, and everything seems to be working correctly. The thing is, pressing "Enter" within the table itself doesn't have any effect; you need to use a specific tag. On the forum, pressing "Enter" automatically inserts the `
` tag into the message code, which caused the problem. However, I still don't understand why there was an indent before the table, as it should have just expanded each row... In any case, I now know what the problem was, and similar errors shouldn't occur next time. Hopefully...

P.S. I created the table myself :) I just assumed that it would be very difficult and time-consuming to find an example specifically for this type of table. And I also wanted to practice.

CELLPADDING="5" - internal cell spacing

It is the last one that creates the offset, or rather, centers the table in the browser. To make it align with the beginning of the message, you only need to change
ALIGN=CENTER to ALIGN=LEFT
Or remove this property from the code altogether; by default, the table, like other objects, is aligned to the left side. =)
