What should I do?! The demo used to run fine. The intro videos and menus – everything ran smoothly without any lag. I set everything to the minimum, installed the latest drivers... :( It crashes, no matter what I do. If the game is licensed, it should require the disc. You need to clarify what you mean by "doesn't launch." If it's failing the disc check, then either replace the disc or the disc drive
