Problem with launching the game.

Please help, the game has stopped launching recently. I've tried everything: disabling the antivirus, disabling the firewall. I reinstalled the game, cleaned the registry, and it still doesn't work. When you launch it, nothing happens; it used to work fine. The game is a licensed copy.
