Let's go through everything in order.
First, I'll say that I'm playing the DVD version from 1C. The disc has StarForce protection, which is supposed to prevent the game from running without the disc for those who don't know what they're doing. But for everyone else, it runs fine without the disc.
1. Don't listen to the hacker who suggests checking the RAM because it has different frequencies. For those who don't know, I'll explain that the RAM frequency is set in the BIOS, usually automatically. If you install two different modules, say DDR 333 and DDR 400, the RAM will run at the frequency of 333. The conditions he describes are necessary for the RAM to work in Dual mode, which increases its performance. I'll say right away that, regardless of how the RAM works, it won't cause the computer to malfunction.
2. Specifically for DeadOk, I encountered a similar problem: the game would crash after the loading bar finished, meaning I could launch the game, but I couldn't play it. The problem was that I had an integrated video card. I bought a separate video card, and everything started working. Alternatively, it could be that your video card is outdated, or you need to update its drivers.
3. And it can't be a virus; it's usually a video driver issue. I can only offer advice if I see the error screen. Also, when describing the problem, you should at least provide the minimum specifications of your computer, like 90-60-90.

Please help, the game has stopped launching recently. I've tried everything: disabling the antivirus, disabling the firewall, reinstalling the game, cleaning the registry, and nothing works. I launch it, and it doesn't start. It used to work fine. The game is a licensed copy.
If the game is licensed, it should require the disc. You need to clarify what you mean by "doesn't launch." If it's failing the disc check, then either replace the disc or the disc drive
