Terminator: Battle for the Future
1. In terms of its plot and script, it doesn't compare to T2. I don't even really like T3 (but it's okay).
2. The actors can't act realistically.
3. Overall, I consider this movie just another one, because I haven't seen anything better than the second Terminator movie.
And I'll add something more about the actors:
1. Sarah Connor - they could have at least cast a blonde =( it's immediately obvious that they didn't take the creation of the Terminator series seriously. In T2, she had an athletic build and acted like a soldier; if she needed to kill someone, she would kill them, not like in the series.
2. John Connor is kind of stupid - the actor in T2 played much better.
3. Terminators - IMHO, no one can play the role as well as Schwarzenegger.

I agree. They turned a good movie into a mainstream series. "Terminator" without Arnold or Linda Hamilton is not "Terminator."
I watched a couple of episodes, and it was so slow-paced.

That's hilarious! Apparently, it's a very interesting series... I don't even get Rentv, so maybe I would have watched it... But of all the movies, I liked the very first one the most. The third one is just a parody of the already tiresome "superhero movies."

Yeah... it's a series, and there are better ones, but there's still some intrigue, so I watch all the episodes. Some moments are painfully familiar from the movies. For example, the muscular Terminator chasing a car and eventually catching up. Or the battle between two Terminators. Nothing original. And without Governor California, Terminator is no longer Terminator :( By the way, I heard that Terminator 4 is going to be filmed. Has anyone else heard this news? P.S. I agree, the actress playing Sarah Connor isn't that great. But John, in my opinion, is a good actor... P.P.S. I would really like to finally see a big-budget movie describing the war between machines and humans, because I'm tired of these time travel shenanigans. Of course, then the concept of the film would be lost, but radical changes are needed to interest people.

I found out about it completely by chance. My younger brother told me that they would be showing the movie "Terminator: Salvation" on TV. I didn't believe him. Why would they show it on REN TV, when it wasn't shown in theaters or anywhere else? I thought he must have seen something wrong. Then I caught a glimpse of the trailer for the series... I was very surprised. By the way, the way they translated the title was very surprising. You can't even call it a translation; they just gave it a completely different name. Tell me, what do "Chronicles of Sarah Connor" and "Battle for the Future" have in common?

By the way, how come you didn't know it was coming when I posted about it twice in the forum? :d:d:d. And I see the ads because I'm online and watching TV :D. But honestly, there's nothing they can do to improve T2 anymore.

My brother and I were sitting and eating, flipping through channels, and suddenly we saw this...(probably the beginning)...
A woman and her son (we didn't know who they were yet) came out of the building, and then the police surrounded them (the whole thing)... suddenly, he walks up and kills the police officers... but when he starts switching weapons... (sometimes it's an automatic rifle, sometimes a shotgun, and sometimes a pistol)... I started to suspect what kind of movie this was... when he didn't even die from a bullet, I was already sure... Terminator?! But what part is it? And the actors are different, and it's on REN TV?..... I thought it was the 4th part)) (although I haven't watched the 3rd one)... We watched it for a bit (he killed the boy there, turned into a robot, and it was all a dream)... but then I remembered what Monarch wrote about the series and realized it was a hoax... I told my brother about it, and he left the TV with a dissatisfied look))... and I wasn't really interested either (and I wasn't going to watch it, even if it was a new part, because I don't like it)...

P.S. I don't really like TV series... but there are some that are interesting and worth watching).

And I, for example, really liked the series "Prison Break":).
Haven't seen the 3rd season? You might not even want to; it's not better than the second.

Yeah, it's a pretty good series.
One of my friends is really into Lost, but I don't really like it that much.
Supernatural is decent, especially the newer seasons.

...Oops, I just noticed that I wrote all the titles in English :) This is what happens when you have a dislike for poorly translated localizations in general and Ubisoft in particular:D

But there's still no series better than South Park.

I personally think Lost is good.
I'm really getting tired of our repetitive TV shows.

Yeah, Lost is good... if you watch it from the beginning, of course)))
Supernatural is also not bad, but I only watch it occasionally when I have nothing else to do.
There's also another interesting series... and that's it.

As for our [Russian] shows... I've never liked them. They always feature cops, gangsters, and so on, basically the same stuff you see on the streets and in the news anyway.

LOST is cool, I only watched the 1st and 2nd seasons, I didn't watch much of the 3rd.
Prison Break is also good, I've only seen 3-4 episodes, but if I had the chance, I would watch it completely.
The Simpsons aren't that great to me, but I'll watch it.
Family Guy is better, but it can't compare to South Park.

Today I watched an episode of this Terminator series, I didn't finish it, I turned off the TV.
But I wouldn't say that the series is completely unbearable, it's just mediocre.
X-Files is also good.

What a coincidence. I also watched it today, and for the first time from beginning to end. I was reading and watching at the same time... well, never mind. For almost the entire series, they were in a room with an injured person... what a cliché. Although, I did find it amusing when the guy with the Terminator arm came to visit his former doctor (he was in two parts, by the way, although of course, it's a different actor here), but the biblical references seemed like a cheap trick to me. And the whole visit to the psychiatrist. ...in general, if you remove "Terminator" from the title, it might have been a decent series.
