So, I went to the military recruitment office today... As I approached the intersection, a truck with the words "BREAD" on it turned towards me. As it made the turn, one of the side doors (I counted three) opened, and I could see shelves with boxes and bread... and as it completed the turn, a box and two loaves of bread (maybe something else, I just didn't stare, I kept walking) fell out. The driver and his friend, who were chatting and smiling, didn't notice the loss and drove on without stopping. It wasn't possible to tell them about the loss. As it turned out, the box contained cupcakes (large ones), which were in a bag, just like the bread. After passing the box, I saw a happy old man picking up the fallen bread, holding another loaf in his hand. I was happy for him, because pensions are small these days, and here's so much free stuff... but on the other hand, the driver will get in trouble, and that's a shame.
I don't know what happened to the cupcakes and the other (if there was anything else) fallen baked goods, but when I was walking back, there was only the box lying near the road, apparently empty. Apparently, the goods didn't go to waste. Hopefully, the old man took everything or other needy people did. That's it.

The most annoying thing is that they often "repeat" things that have already been said in the thread, sometimes repeating their predecessors word for word. 5% are "starpoms" (users with a large number of posts), and among them, there are actually knowledgeable people, but there are also "gop-starpoms," which is the most unpleasant part of the forum. The most interesting thing is that they all assess competence based on the number of posts. Arguing with such people is like banging your head against a wall. 10-20% are just good people, and among these percentages, there are experienced players and just people with whom it's interesting to talk. Depending on the prevalence of these people, forums are formed. There are even "noob" forums, I know one such forum: www.dotalife.ru. For some reason, it consists of only noobs, and this site is already a "legend" among Dota players (I used to play myself). And there's a "Pro" forum where 30% are "starpoms" and professionals: www.dotacraft.ru. I don't know why there's such a clear division. On Hv, instead of 50% "gops," there are 10-15%. A plausible scenario.
Its implementation requires only:
1) A leader (not necessarily a superpower. Britain is the most likely candidate).
2) A powerful intelligence apparatus (and again, Britain).
3) Conditions in which the winning country does not begin to lord it over the others (riots, riots, riots... who needs it?).
My opinions for the pot.
1) It won't be a SUPERPOWER. They usually become complacent and go to hell. Rather, either a "young and ambitious" one, or an "old and experienced" one, but not a superpower.
2) And for the reason stated above, the actions will be the most compromising (if the leader of the young country has enough sense. Old countries, having had colonies, remember from history how "fun" it is when the colonies start to revolt).

Honestly, the idea is plausible. (But still... preparation will take at least 30-40 years. And then... it looks like playing roulette with God as the dealer.).
