Yes, Exz is absolutely right, and it seems you haven't quite understood the meaning of the nomination. It's not just about seriousness (or rather, not only about it); it could simply be about a person's phlegmatic nature. Every post they make is well-considered and contains a complete thought, their opinions are well-founded, and they treat others' opinions with respect. They might even enjoy a bit of banter, but they never engage in it in inappropriate topics.
