After the intensified clan building on our portal, some negative aspects of these actions became apparent. We started arguing with each other, quarreling, and getting offended. Clan affiliation is replacing personal friendship. Therefore, I propose creating an extra-clan, informal association based on the principles of honor and friendship.
The Manifesto of the Heroic International
1 - The Heroic International (HI) is an extra-clan association of portal users.
2 - HI is an unofficial association that does not aim to create another clan.
3 - HI is not built on a clan, racial, or any other differentiating basis, but exclusively on the principle of personal friendship and mutual respect.
4 - The main goal of HI is to maintain good relations between all users and resolve any conflicts between them.
5 - To join HI, you do not need to leave your clan, you do not need to renounce its charter, slogans, and so on. All that is needed is a conscious decision from any user.
6 - The only condition for HI members is honesty towards each other, mutual respect, and a desire to resolve all issues peacefully.
7 - If HI members play against each other, fulfilling their obligations to the clan, they should not turn the duel into a battle, but treat it as a friendly game.
8 - All those who join HI and sign this manifesto undertake additional moral and ethical obligations, expressed in tolerance and respect for everyone, even those not in HI.
9 - As punitive sanctions, HI uses the Wall of Shame, where users will be placed for violating the portal rules, with an indication of the reason.
10 - If a user constantly ignores notifications from HI (on the Wall of Shame), HI has the right to contact the coordinator or Creator with a request to apply sanctions to that user.
11 - The manifesto will be supplemented as proposals from HI members are received.

Well, our clan doesn't have a core ideology either. However, this doesn't prevent me from being a member of the Guild. Actually, I didn't expect such an extensive answer. I would like to believe that all members of the Guild agree with all the points, and those who don't share them... everyone has the right to choose, and everyone decides for themselves. You have made your choice. And asking questions like "Why did you join or want to join the Guild?" seems unnecessary to me, because those who decided to join have agreed with all the points. And my first question was largely rhetorical.
qwerty, I can add something to your conversation: The forum exists and is fully functional (I certainly hope it won't be needed, but...) I have no desire to explain what is better, with or without the GM. If all this isn't worth the effort, is it worth paying attention to and spending energy on? I wouldn't want to argue. I would like to ask, how do you like what is happening in the LZMС thread now, and wouldn't you call it inter-clan rivalry?!
I have a suggestion, and to be honest, I don't know where to post it, so I decided to post it here (I hope that what I'm talking about already exists): we need to create a thread where it would be indicated who was banned, for how long, and by whom, with an explanation of the reason for the ban. Perhaps this should be done not as a separate thread, but as a "board."

Such a "thread" exists in the section for coordinators, super-moderators, and of course, administrators.
Me – I’m in too. As I understand it, the Guild Inspector (GI) should represent a moral authority (an indisputable one in the near future, let’s hope). In my opinion, there’s no point in giving them any punitive moderator/admin powers, or duplicating clan functions – participation in tournaments, etc. As a practical measure, a suggestion (though it’s more of a thought starter) – perhaps something like attaching a “black mark from the GI,” “stain of shame from the GI,” “disapproval from the GI” to a profile, and conversely – “not bad, not bad,” “good job,” “honestly, he’s great,” “simply a guru” – just a moral assessment. P.S. Is it okay that it’s a bit tongue-in-cheek? :) In reality, the GI is a good thing. P.P.S. After reading the flame thread, I decided to chime in here – it’s extremely important to avoid turning the GI into a DND (voluntary people’s squad) or some kind of “asset” – based on this, it’s unacceptable to have a “leader” (general secretary, editor) with authoritative powers – it should be a “primus inter pares.” This is all just my opinion, I warn you, so please don’t take it personally, including me.))

After registering on the forum, I had a terrible impression of the people visiting HeroesWorld, but the more I communicated with these people, the more my impressions changed! This forum really has brought together a lot of good people! And I am joining the Heroes' International.:smile03: :smile03: :smile24:
