So, I simply didn't notice the point that interested you earlier (which is why I asked about changes in the post).

But nevertheless, I, apparently due to inattention, violated this rule - in the walkthrough, I bought back a dismissed hero, but, of course, I didn't use him. Therefore, I ask Mr. Qwerty to remove me from the list of participants in this tournament and not consider my save file.

I think it means that you can buy the hero on the day of dismissal, but you cannot move them on the map; you can only move them the next day.

I think what was meant was this: you can hire a hero on the day they are dismissed, but you can't move them on the map; you can only move them the next day.

That's not correct. A dismissed/killed hero cannot even be hired on the same day. At least, that's what the rules of HeroesPortal state.
A hero who has fled/paid a ransom can be hired, but cannot be moved.

Will HeroesPortal accept saves for one hour longer? According to Kyiv time.

Yes, you are not allowed to buy a dismissed hero on the day of their dismissal. If it weren't for this wise rule, everything would be much easier. But you can buy a runaway hero. But you shouldn't use them. That is, you shouldn't use them at all, you can't even take them out of the castle to dismiss them.

Many sent their save files; I will continue to wait. I spent a lot of time playing through the tournament, but I still didn't make it. The first three days took 3 weeks. Then another 2.5 days in a week. I thought that gathering the ghosts would take half an hour, but after looking at it... Besides, I seem to have set an unsolvable task for myself. I didn't go to work twice... I had supporters, but I didn't even reach the finish line...

In Kyiv, it will be until 22:59 ;) According to your reasoning. But it's not that important - one hour doesn't change much, especially for me. My progress in the tournament stopped on the sixth day. I'll finish it later.
