Seriously, if someone doesn't have time to play, what should they do? Just give up?
Understand, Izgoy, not everyone has as much free time as you do... Heroes isn't a game where you can play a match in a minute.
And the fact that the person found a replacement for themselves is commendable!

Man, I envy you; it seems like you have no problems or worries at all... just play and play. How wonderful!

Actually, I made a lot of blunders... I started the first week excellently (I'm just proud of myself :)). I took the Gorgon external dwelling on the way from Castle — captured it on day 1, losing all the skeletons from the starting spot (2nd hero in the tavern). 3 Gorgons helped a lot. I was given a choice between scouting and artillery :D Got upset... I took artillery (screw it?)
On the first day, I build a Prefecture in Castle, and all creatures except Basilisks and Hydras along with the Castle. (I barely gathered sulfur for the Gorgons.) On the second day, I spot a Hydra external dwelling (!). I take it at the end of the week. /That's the only useful thing in the second week... In the Castle, Basilisks and a Municipal building. But my opponent already has 3 castles, which is depressing :( I run upward hoping for a secondary town... I climb into the snow, picking up a Hive along the way... A scout hero with a small army runs along the road — and I nearly tear my hair out — on the third week, I discover ANOTHER Gorgon external dwelling!!! Damn... where were my eyes before...
I take a secondary town with Tazik — Tower... I light up the Cloak of Velocity +2 speed for a horde of Greater Medusas. I take it with losses (since I'm moving with a dozen Gorgons, a couple of Hydras, and 4 Greater Wyverns) — but they're not fatal. I have almost no money left to buy the rest of the army :( Tazik boosts defense wherever possible... Expert Defense, Artillery :), Advanced Earth Magic, Luck, Logistics, Wisdom.

Stats with my opponent are roughly equal. Well, due to internet issues, we decided to settle for a draw...
Although, after reading my opponent's report, I realized it would have been tough for me after he took the Altar of the Deep.

We didn't restart. At the end of the first week, an opponent came to me and lost Shakti to ice elementals. After that, I immediately attack him. I approach his castle, speed up with 5 Efreet in the mine right under his nose (idiot!!). Inham attacked me. Peer fled. I take troops from the mine with Rion and want to attack his Dungeon (which was almost empty, but the castle was built), when suddenly I received a message about the surrender. The battle of two priests did not take place :-)
Conclusion: I didn't win, the opponent lost on his own...

We played for 3 days; by Thursday it was already time to sleep. On Saturday, the other person disconnected, and I never heard back from him (it seems he had some issues with his provider). Today we didn't finish the game either. Actually, the person surrendered on 215.
He saw that I took the Dragon Utopia and gained a bit of ground, so he decided not to continue the game. He looked at the map and still didn't understand why the hydra recruitment and the swamp secondary skill hadn't been taken... if they had been taken, it might have been impossible to win.

Could you tell me how the groups will be divided further? It would be great to see a table.
