Sorry, Yura... but I disagree with you here... Many moderators haven't been active for a long time. The list of moderators with their work schedule was created by the Creator in the summer, which means he already knew about the moderators' activity back then, and it was already clear that most of them hadn't been on the forum since March or April. There's no need to talk about it; just look at the sections themselves and see when these users last moderated. So, a decision could have been made back then about whether it was appropriate to keep these people in their moderator positions! The Admin promised us changes back in the summer. Now it's January. I'm not talking about any major changes that would really take a lot of time, but I still think it's possible to find some time to update the list of moderators and add new ones. As for the number of moderators, I think 2 per section would be enough – they could cover each other's work! However, Alan has already expressed his opinion on this, so I won't repeat myself!

As far as I remember (although I might be wrong)... there's a reason why he didn't do anything back then... but this isn't for general discussion; I'll write the details in a private message... =))))

Are there any other candidates for coordinators?
For example, I know some good, constructive people: Lu4ik, Ta,Kotoraya, Аделаида, vbn... Kyle's powers could be expanded...
Regarding moderators, we need to look at it specifically for each section. Ideally, we should limit users' ability to create new topics. Plus, the database system needs to be slightly adjusted, for example, by linking it to posting and topic creation capabilities...
I can take on another moderator in my section if the person is really willing to work.
We probably need to add moderators to the Heroes 3 section as well; ideally, half of the topics should be removed, and a section called "reflections and discussions about the third Heroes game" should be created.
There is a lack of information for beginners in the Heroes 5 section. We need someone who loves and knows how to write about the game to popularize it.

Regarding these candidates =))… I’ll share my thoughts a bit 0=)
for the coordinator position:
Lu4ik – it’s quite possible +) but there are a few reasons why she might not have enough time (but that’s not a certainty, IMHO) – section for game 4 + organizing tournaments + participating in them)
Ta,Kotoraya... – she simply doesn’t have enough time....
Adelaida – that’s also possible +) but I’d rather add Anya to the moderators for game 5...=))) She also participates in tournaments, organizes them... and as far as I know, her job isn’t easy =)))
vbn – a versatile player in Heroes... a great person... but the same question – will he have enough time to be a coordinator =)) because he usually participates in all the tournaments that are currently running =))) and it’s not a certainty that he’ll have time either....=))
I have a few ideas in my head about who to appoint where (coordinator, moderator) =)) but I won’t say anything yet =))…

ps Kyle is swamped with tournaments =))) I know.....

well, Starhan has just posted approximately the list of who to appoint and where – which I prepared... only for section 5, as I found out, SteN is also well-versed, not only in technical matters but also in walkthroughs... therefore, I propose to appoint him as the moderator for the entire section 5... it won't be difficult to figure out who to remove from the moderator position =))
