🍁Nine Ancient Obelisks Auto-translated

Before starting the task, Erika surveyed the crowd, hoping to spot Sir Kerr somewhere...

Sir Kerr stood nearby with his protégés.

Erika approached the group, which, although somewhat unfamiliar, still held a certain familiarity.

"Good day, Sir Kir. Do you remember me?" she asked the knight.

Nodding approvingly at the young man's answer, the cat led him inside the palace, past numerous rooms and corridors, as well as the officials and guards that filled them. Having navigated this labyrinth of stone and human bodies, they found themselves at the top, at the entrance to the royal chambers. There was no guard at the door, so Issina had to knock to announce their arrival.
- Issina nya! - she declared energetically. - Myau Myadul has arrived nya!
- Thank you, Issina. - A confident female voice came from within. - Let him in, and you return to your post.
Nodding to him once more, this time encouragingly, the guard retreated.

Erika approached the group, which was, albeit faintly, still familiar to her.

- Good day, Sir Kir. Do you remember me? - she said to the knight.

- Good day. - He replied while the young people chatted about something. - I remember. On days like these, all roads in Asuguh lead to Sizki, so I am not at all surprised by our reunion.

- Here, - Erika handed the Knight 20 rem.
- This is the money you lent me. I promised to return it as soon as possible. Who knew that this "opportunity" would appear so long after...
- Thank you. You helped me a lot back then...

The grandeur of the current royal residence increased the level of excitement with every step, and therefore the young scholar quickly got lost in this solemn labyrinth. If it weren't for the cat-guardian accompanying him, he probably wouldn't have reached the chambers.

—We'll see! —forcing a smile as he watched the departing guardian, he tried to project an appearance of calm. King Asuguha is certainly not a goddess-empress, and some of his acquaintances could boast of long-standing friendly relations with the latter, but for a recent school graduate, this didn't make much difference.

Glancing briefly at his decidedly unceremonious travel attire, the young man took a deep breath and followed the invitation of the female voice.

Just a moment, I haven't stocked up yet. I'll take a quick look.

- Here, - Erika handed the knight 20 gold.
- This is the money you lent me. I promised to return it at the first opportunity. Who knew that this "opportunity" would appear after so much time...
- Thank you. You helped me a lot back then...

Sir Kir briefly considered lying and saying that he had already forgotten about this debt, saying that no thanks were necessary, or refusing the money for one reason or another, but in the end, he decided not to do any of that and simply accepted the 20 gold.
- I'm glad to hear that. Even though we didn't have the pleasure of spending more time together, we are all - he glanced at his students - brothers and sisters in arms.

The one-eyed giants originated from a settlement near Shingen and had a long history with the royal family. Since they rarely leave their own village, many residents of Asugoha had forgotten about them, but the truth is that the walls surrounding the kingdom were built by them. Despite their underdeveloped civilization, the cyclops are excellent builders, and their throwing abilities are so impressive that they could make any catapult envious.

I paid for this information, and she's just giving it away for free... hmm.

The grandeur of the current royal residence increased with every step, raising the level of excitement, and so the young scholar quickly got lost in this solemn labyrinth. If it weren't for the cat-guardian accompanying him, he probably wouldn't have reached the chambers at all.

"We'll see!" he said, forcing a smile as the departing guardian walked away, and tried to give his appearance a semblance of calm. King Asugukh is, of course, not a goddess-empress, and some of his acquaintances could boast of long-standing friendly relations with the latter, but for a recent school graduate, this didn't change much.

Glancing briefly at his decidedly unceremonious travel clothes, the young man took a deep breath and followed the invitation of the female voice.

Inside, Asmidul met the expected face of the commander of the royal guard. The room itself was distinguished by its high ceilings and spaciousness, but judging by the furnishings, it was not in constant use. If this were not the royal chambers, but the room of a lonely commoner, it would certainly have gathered dust. The sovereign's dwelling did not suffer from a lack of interior, being filled with a variety of items, both of Asugukhian production and foreign origin. Among them were both expensive-looking items, probably gifts from "colleagues," monarchs of other states, and inexpensive-looking items that the young man could quite expect to see even in his own home.
- Greetings. - Up close, it became clear that Ikusa was above average height, and her movements and posture combined serenity and strength, which was not typical for her attractive appearance. - Ikusa Sizki, I am glad to meet you.
Although this didn't make much sense from a logical point of view, since her name should have been known anyway, she still introduced herself and extended her hand to the guest - but not for a kiss, as one might think, but for a handshake.
- Welcome to my chambers. - In another part of the room, the king himself was visible, sitting in an armchair near a coffee table. This time he was dressed more simply and without his headdress, which created a completely different image. - I suppose I should apologize for the fact that the meeting I promised made you wait so long?

I've kind of forgotten, but the decoration slot in the house is used for things like paintings, clocks, lamps, etc., or for furniture, right? Furniture seems to take up a slot.

And how often can you change items in the inventory slots? For example, in the "other" slot.

I'm not sure what weapon to choose...

Magic Talisman
Damage: 65
Accuracy: +15%
+7 to attack range.

Is it a throwing weapon or how does it work?

To conduct the inspection, she will need to visit locations in the capital and cast this spell.

How exactly is this spell "cast"? Out loud and "for all to hear" or "silently and unnoticed"?
Does she need to enter the "building" or can the spell be cast "nearby on the street"?
What OD (Order of Destruction) does this spell require?

"It's okay, I think if anyone can handle this, it's you," Gen telepathically sent this thought to his familiar protector, but he didn't send anything to the admiral, only narrowed his eyes suspiciously.

Among this large crowd (which, however, didn't prevent enjoying the beautiful panorama of the city), the eyes of the new visitor fall on a table, behind which he discovers his friends - Akimitsu, Zumi, Kami, and Hisoka. - Bro, - the friend who went to Akonia waves at him unceremoniously, - come join us.

- Oh! Hey! - pushing through the feast, the crab greets his companion. - Let's hang out.

Sir Kir briefly considered lying and saying that he had already forgotten about this debt, that no thanks were necessary, or that he would refuse the money for one reason or another, but in the end, he decided against it and simply accepted the 20 rem.
- I am glad to hear that. Although we did not have the pleasure of spending more time together, we are all, - he looked at his students, - brothers and sisters in arms.

The idea of "spending more time together" appealed to Erika. After all, company is better than wandering around the city alone. Unless, of course, Kir and his "team" were planning to "leave" the capital.

- I have a lot of things to do in the capital, - Erika replied, - "for work," so to speak...
- So, if you are not planning to leave the capital anytime soon, I might be able to join you and your students for a while...

Erika looked at her students.

"Ah, dear Kimchilla!"

Contrary to gloomy predictions, the luxurious mansion in Enlil, once belonging to Kimchilla Pesheng, not only did not fall into disrepair under the new owner's management but even remained intact and well-preserved for an entire year. The previous staff, the reasons for whose departure remained shrouded in mystery, was replaced by a new one, now loyal to Camistella Lane. After all, who would refuse a job that pays for itself, and consistently and reliably at that? Another event contributed to the success: Druzh disappeared, much to Camistella's delight. This event even somewhat alleviated her paranoia and allowed her to believe that, in general, the world is not so treacherous. At least, her native Enlil.

The aristocracy of Enlil accepted the new owner of Kimchilla's property into its ranks. If, at first, such a sudden rise confused someone, after a month, everyone had already gotten used to it. Over the year, Camistella visited all the major cities, where she demonstrated excellent manners and a friendly attitude towards others. So, her name, and even her appearance, were now widely known in Enlil. The delicate hands of the Lunarian also reached the capital – Sizik became a frequent destination for her visits.

Although Camistella now spent most of her time maintaining her status, preserving Kimchilla's legacy, and taking even greater care of her appearance, she did not forget about her membership in the Guild of Wonders and successfully rose to the level of the Marble Labyrinth. However, there were also disappointments: the archmage returned, but completely lost her memories of the black knight's attack, which put any potential investigation by Camistella to a standstill.

In the Guild of Wonders, Camistella met another young sorceress named Erika. She was quite different in character, but her diligence and rapid progress in magic inspired genuine respect. Once, Camistella even invited Erika to visit. If she needed a place to stay in Enlil, there would be no problem, as well as a potential tour of the most beautiful city in all of Asugah. It is difficult to say what exactly brought the two sorceresses together... fate... or two intelligent mushrooms?

Camistella continued her friendship with the artist Faineant. If, of course, such a specific relationship can be called friendship. After all, the only thing they have in common is their love for scrims.

Camistella's shopping preferences underwent some changes over the year. Although "Symphony of Happiness" recovered from Druzh's intrigues, the newly-minted aristocrat was still unable to buy anything there. As a result, in an attempt to dispel her longing for beautiful outfits, Camistella contacted "Charai" and even bought herself some excellent shoes there.

Camistella also stopped avoiding the married couple from the "Shinli" store. Being afraid of the unattractive lady from there is definitely beneath the dignity of a true aristocrat.

But dark times came, and Camistella listened to the king's speech, the speech of his adopted daughter, in person, as she arrived in Sizik on another urgent matter. War knocked on the door. It had been heading this way for a long time, but the news still came as a surprise. However, time had made Camistella much calmer and more collected than before. Perhaps this was facilitated by the ominous painting, one of many in Kimchilla's collection. Sometimes Camistella allowed herself to take it off the wall... and then strange things began to happen in the depths of her chambers.

So, the dead are coming. And if the red eyes of the black knight have something to do with his restless existence, then the enemy has already won and everything has been calculated. The undead army has been reinforced by an entire state, and Asugah has very few allies. Ah, what is that in the air? The scent of defeat... But Camistella is not the type to get too upset about it. In theory, she could build a future for herself even in the form of an undead. One such hero was even noted by Aconia herself, who rewarded him with his living body! Only the appearance... the undead usually look bad. Yes, it's sad...

Speaking of Aconia... Camistella finally realized her faith and became part of the sect of Aconia. Sincere admiration for the divine ascension of Naria became a guiding star for the Lunarian. Nevertheless, her attitude towards the currently ruling flesh and blood of Naria has become mixed. Yes, she is probably also godlike and even not of this world, but the latest political decisions raise too many questions. And there is clearly no help to be expected in the fight against the undead.

Yes, something has changed in a year, and something has remained unchanged. Now, Camistella had to help the Guild of Wonders prepare for the undead invasion. She was currently doing this. The aristocrat from Enlil safely arrived at the Mazzard publishing house. The essence of her mission remains unknown for now, but Camistella was counting on having an interesting time. Sizik... a worthy capital of a worthy state. But Enlil is still closer to her heart.

– The publishing house... well, I love books, – Camistella muttered to herself before entering the building. She had not been here before.

Camistella's appearance tried to combine the features of a sorceress and an aristocrat, but in truth, the latter has long outweighed the former in the Lunarian, and she is unlikely to ever become a truly powerful master of magic. But everything is perfect with external attractiveness. Over the year, Camistella has only become more beautiful. Perhaps now she is in no way inferior to the dear Kimchilla.

How exactly is this spell "applied"? Out loud and "for all to hear" or "mentally and discreetly"?
Do you need to enter the "room" or can the spell be cast "nearby, on the street"?
Does this spell require OD?

Mentally, but visually noticeable.
You can cast it from the outside.
It requires OD.

- Oh! Hey! - pushing through the pre-plague feast, the crab greets his comrade. - Let's hang out.

- Hang out?... - Hisoka, who greeted them last, didn't understand. - Your vocabulary... As always, it's very rich and exotic...
Over the past few months, Sunaro has hardly seen Akimitsu and Kami, spending most of his time with Hisoka, Zumi, and Nemuyasu, so today was a rare opportunity to see his brother and Kami again, with whom he hasn't yet become as close as with the others. Apparently, Yuami, the granddaughter of the guild leader, was in charge of his training.
- Yeah, well, that's the news! - After the greetings were exchanged, he steered the conversation towards a current topic. - It seems you made the right career choice, Akimitsu; you'll now be our mainstay in the fight against the undead.
- Exactly! - A self-satisfied smirk adorned the bandit's face. - I never make mistakes.
- That's the right attitude, especially in such a gloomy time when there's only negativity all around. - The samurai glanced at the kunoichi. - Zumi, I see that you've become even more beautiful than before. It's a pity that your skills are unlikely to be useful against this enemy.

Does the decoration slot in the house hold various pictures, clocks, lamps, etc., or furniture? Because furniture seems to provide a slot.

And how often can you change items in inventory slots? For example, in the "other" slot.

Before the start of battles, entering "unsafe" locations, etc.

Is it a thrown weapon, or how does it work?
