Horizon of Darkness Auto-translated

- Perhaps it would be a good idea to collapse the tunnels. Or at least inform the mine owner about them so he can collapse them.

-- Wow, already? -- Henry asked, sure that they still had to clear the second mine of creepers.
"Compared to a normal day, today we're practically relaxing."
-- Great, thanks!

- Have you seen my gear? I'll be left in my underwear in the second mine - if I'm lucky - and I'll bite the monsters with my teeth. I hope the master is still working... - if so, I'll give the items for repair, but if possible, not to that ugly guy who forged the plate armor, and I'll watch the work to make sure he doesn't whisper anything extra.

-- Oh, no, there are different mobs in the other mine; those are crawlers, and these are... well, I guess you could call them "buggers." They'll probably have poison. Although, maybe they're the same ones, who knows? It's hard to tell without a nameplate above them.

- Sliders...
Lin looks thoughtfully at Fay.

Fayblup looks at Lin. Or maybe he doesn't; it was hard to tell where he was looking, so all that remained was to guess.

So many bugs, and they all spit corrosive filth – you could end up without your pants while taking them down one by one. Therefore, this is a perfect moment for a different kind of demonstration. The skeleton's limbs began to change, expanding and gaining weight; the skull stretched out horribly and grew menacing horns and a distinctive wide collar – in an instant, Radiel's figure was no longer humanoid, and he appeared as a Nightmare Beast. The ground trembled as massive bony paws landed on the earth. With a heavy, echoing thud that reverberated through the mine, the bulky triceratops charged forward, like an avalanche sweeping away the bugs like dust, crushing and trampling those who were unlucky enough to be in its path. After sweeping in a semicircle through the swarm of insects, the beast stopped only when the shell of the last one crunched beneath it – by this point, his companions had destroyed the rest, including a particularly large specimen. Despite its size, the main bug didn't last long under the onslaught of Henry and Nikta, and the others were only dangerous in numbers. Now the mine is clear, and sugar will once again become salt, to the baron's delight. The local children probably won't be happy, but they shouldn't be near a place where dangerous creatures live anyway.

+2 to Faith, Perception, and Physical Development

So, I understand you're taking a break and returning to Radwood? To repair all the damaged items, you'll have to wait until tomorrow morning in-game.

Well, Lin said, let's go to the bathhouse, and then to Radovud.
What time is it now?

Sauna, then to the salt mine.

Well, Lin said, let's go to the bathhouse, and then, yes, to Radovud.
And what time is it now?

Noon.

Bathhouse, then to the salt guy.

The bathhouse in Radovud?

Yeah, right...

Eating sugar in the mine made Henry remember a long-forgotten taste from his distant childhood – holiday candies and cotton candy at the amusement park. Paradoxically, this food was the closest thing to home for him, out of everything he had tasted in this world. His jaw strengthened from the hard crystals (+1 to physical development), his tongue learned to discern subtle flavor nuances (+2 to perception), and his hands became skilled at picking out various incomprehensible pebbles and sand inclusions from the sugar (+2 to dexterity).

Noon.

In that case, depending on Lin's decision, Henry might still be able to wander around and do something useful.

After thoroughly clearing the salt mine, the mercenaries headed to Radovud to rest and wash up. The cost of bathing in the bathhouse was 1 silver coin, and an old woman greeted the mercenaries at the entrance.

- Where are you going? - she asked the men.

– There? – he points with his finger, looking a little surprised.

So, the "plot twist" is that there's a women's bathhouse, but no men's bathhouse in the city?
