The trip to the mountains seemed to recharge Nikta with new energy – she remembered her homeland, the sounds and smells, the solid rocks, and the wild animals. At times, it seemed to her that she could almost physically feel the attention of the Overlord, as close as she was to his domain. The narrow mountain paths, dangerous cliffs, and loose stones forced the huntress to remember her old skills, and a small adventure in a cave proved to be a very useful experience and a test of her attentiveness.
2 in Faith, 4 in Agility, 4 in Perception. Level up.As she replayed the encounter with the strange bird-beast in her mind, Nikta couldn't shake the thought – what would have happened if it had actually woken up? Would she have had time to run, to hide? Would she have had enough agility to dodge its beak and claws? Would the beast have followed her out, to the unsuspecting Zeikin? This time, everything worked out, but in the future, it would be worth considering how to better avoid an unwanted fight.
Tactical Disengage: the character instantly exits the battle, all levels. The higher the level, the faster the enemies finish pursuing and drop aggro, and the higher the chance of a successful disengage. At high levels, the character can enter stealth mode directly in battle (like in Skyrim with high stealth).
This encounter reminded the huntress of the exhausting battles with rats in the sewers. A bunch of annoying little creatures were swarming from all sides. If only...
As a test, Nikta takes out throwing knives, chooses a target in the form of three trees standing next to each other. She waits until there are people nearby so as not to disturb them, and only then makes a sweeping motion with her hand.
Only one knife out of three hit the target on the first try. Better than nothing.
The huntress enthusiastically worsens the local ecology for another half hour, until she starts to get the hang of it. That's enough for now; she can repeat the training later.
Triple Throw: the character throws three knives at once, all levels (at level two, only two side branches, there seem to be three targets that can't be hit). Damage increases with level. At the last level, you can add something nice, like bleeding.
The throwing pattern is as follows:

Will we make it to the Sabantuy at the springs? I wouldn't mind arranging a happy reunion for the group.
