I'll test the ghosts
Posts from RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.
Do we need Ashan?
In my opinion, the Undead tier list should be as follows:
Level 1: Skeleton (Melee). Skeleton Warrior, Skeleton Destroyer.
Level 2: Spider, Poison Spider, Dark Spider. (Ranged attacker, when attacking an enemy, it applies "Plague" for 1 turn) (Large creature)
Level 3: Death Knight, Dark Knight, Ash Knight (Small creature, casts Weakness when attacking an enemy)
Level 4: Ghosts, Spirits, Banshees. (Flying, small creature, applies Weakness when attacking).
Level 5: Mummies, High Mummies, Chosen Mummies. (Ranged spellcaster, can apply Blind, raise the dead, and Curse)
Level 6: Namtaru Mother, Fate Weaver, Reaper of Fates. (Ranged attacker, shoots a poisonous cloud)
Level 7: Bone Dragons, Black Dragons, Phantom Dragons. (Flying, large creature)
In my opinion, the Undead Faction should be structured like this:
Level 1: Skeleton (Melee). Skeleton Warrior, Skeleton Destroyer.
Level 2: Spider, Poison Spider, Dark Spider. (Ranged, when the spider attacks an enemy, it applies "Plague" for 1 turn) (Large creature)
Level 3: Death Knight, Dark Knight, Ashan Knight (Small creature, casts Weakness when attacking an enemy).
Level 4: Ghosts, Spirits, Banshees. (Flying, small creature, applies Weakness on hit).
Level 5: Mummies, High Mummies, Chosen Mummies. (Ranged Caster, can cast Blindness, raise the dead, and Curse).
Level 6: Mother Namtaru, Fate Weaver, Reaper of Fates. (Ranged, shoots a poisonous cloud).
Level 7: Bone Dragons, Black Dragons, Spectral Dragons. (Flying, large creature).

Each unit should have a reason for its existence. For example, Skull Monsters are the result of a deal with a dark spirit of creation - the Lord of Flesh.

Resurrecting soulless skeletons and zombies is not the way of the Elves. They don't need armies - Rangers can handle maintaining the borders. The goal of the Faction is not expansion, but the search for eternal life. Binding the soul to the body is one way to achieve this, hence the unit - a human corpse with a bound soul, which is a Ghoul. But the Elves can quite easily use their magic to modify the corpse to suit specific needs or standards, hence the various grotesque monsters, and no boring skeletons.

In principle, I'm not against other units, but they should be based on something.

For example, Necromancy in Might and Magic VI is based on ancient spells, meaning the Undead immediately gained access to everything - ghosts, zombies, skeletons, there are even ritual undead (ghouls) and undead that appeared based on political connections (Lamasu). I like this approach.
I spent a long time deciding who to make a vampire and who to make a lich. In the end, I remembered my old idea: an elf based on the Justiciar model. This is just a rough draft; I need to do a lot of painting and add details. This will be a vampire unit (the corrupted archers will have blight).
I also remembered why I abandoned the necromancer armor – because it has spider symbols. I wanted to put spiders in the Dungeon faction and dress the dark elves in necromancer armor. Now I have no reason not to add spiders to the Necropolis. I'll take the giant spider model from that well-known group: https://vk.com/club193046411. I don't think anyone will be against spiders because everyone here is a fan of Heroes, and the Necropolis in Heroes 6 is one of the coolest.
The vampire is kind of mediocre; he resembles Heimdall from God of War 5.
The helmet looks cool)
Now that's a cool vampire! Maybe you could add some dead wolves, or fallen dark elves?
Dark elves, I don't know. Right now, I'm into making really cool undead creatures. For example, I'm making skeletons and planning to add a namtaru. I've seen a lot of D&D art, and now I think they have potential. For example, you could add a mask with a bunch of eyes.
