**Of course, creating 128 characters that don't look alike is a huge amount of work.

And I was able to extract the visuals of Deleb and Jezebeth from RPW without changing their characteristics and edited their appearance.

The archive contains 2 options: Deleb and Jezebeth separately, or xInferno with replaced models, and also updated textures for other heroes.Download

A year later, I'm back, having reworked Haven, trying to make the icons closer to the original, I put each hero on an individual mount, added individual flag bearers and retinue where needed. (Heroes with creature specializations). All in 2K resolution. Feel free to use it if you need it.
Of course, thanks to the author for the original, I hope he will continue his work soon.
P.S. Regarding the Elves and their mounts: I want to do them in 2K as well, so I won't upload them yet. It will be in the same format. I won't say anything about the other Factions yet.

Andrias_Bartlett, that's really cool, but there are a couple of inaccuracies... Vittorio couldn't possibly have a Renegades star on his saddlecloth...
Also, Iris has a Falcon head on her saddlecloth - if I remember correctly, she's from the Falcon clan - Miv!
Thanks, I'll try to change only the symbols on the saddlecloths, without changing the horses.
Thank you, I'll try changing only the symbols on the caparisons, without touching the horses.

Andrias_Bartlett, I checked in the game... a texture file size of 2048 is, of course, good, but simply increasing the texture size from 512 to 2048 should be done using specialized tools, for example, waifu2x-caffe is very advanced in this regard, and the result after its enlargement is very high quality!
I hardly touched the original textures; I used the source files from here, except that I upscaled the faces using GFPGAN. In my opinion, they are quite good (there is a comparison), at least they are definitely better than the original.

Clear... it might be better than the original, but if you're resizing, it's better to use specialized tools! The result will be less blurry... this defect is noticeable on larger monitors (over 24").
Yes, I usually use Gigapixel AI, but it doesn't always give good results. I'd like to know what the author of the mod I mentioned above uses for upscaling.
Although, I still think that there might be some issues with the export settings. I export in DXT5, with bicubic compression. I have the feeling that it still blurs the image a bit.
