If we do not work diligently to resolve them with our neighbors and other foreign partners, we risk finding ourselves, if not at the epicenter of the fire, then close to it. It will affect everyone and bring only destruction, so we need to strengthen diplomatic contacts and find common ground with potential opponents. We need not only to speak but also to listen. But not everyone in our world is capable of this, considering their interests to be above others, which often leads to an escalation of the conflict. But if there are wise people in the countries who think not only about today and personal gain but also about the future as a whole, then there is an opportunity to find common ground and achieve complete peace in Lafrenia, or at least almost complete peace, given some extremely radical territories.
b) As for Sakuramoria, it undoubtedly plays a significant role in the life of Lafrenia. Sangvinaria attracts with its openness and diversity; there are no strict boundaries, and it gives the impression that almost anyone would feel comfortable living there. Of course, some nationalities are embarrassing, but if they live separately, then you can get used to it. Well done for annexing territories through diplomatic means, not military. This fact also says a lot and evokes positive emotions.
Kermia is a small country, but it has managed to earn so much money and continues to do so. Isn't that admirable? In my opinion, this alone is enough to treat it with respect, regardless of your moral and ethical views, which may contradict those that are preached there. I have always liked it when people act with their minds, not with force.
Emeraldia was third on the list, although I wouldn't say that I liked it very much; rather, the others made a less impressive impression. But if this country is similar to ours, then this is already a good thing in principle, as there is something to compare with, and therefore it is possible to live comfortably in it without worrying too much about any restrictions or other discomfort that one might experience elsewhere.

Bastion - I think it's obvious that if slavery thrives there and insane wizards hold power in their hands. It may be good to live there if you are one of them, but otherwise, it is difficult to even call it life, and simply being there is quite dangerous.
Lethargia - freedom is, of course, good, but when you start getting robbed or killed in the street, you don't really want to rely only on the locals, who will make a decision about helping you based on personal preferences or even mood. This also applies to slavery. Today you are their guest, and tomorrow you are already in chains.
Oleander - quality of life is, of course, good, but if there is very little freedom, then there is not much good in it. For some, this is acceptable because they don't need much, but personally, I would not consider this country, as I do not like strong restrictions, just as I do not like complete freedom-anarchy (example above).

Altinia - I would like to see their cars; maybe a new student will bring one with them? That would be very interesting and informative.
Lethargia - honestly, I just want to see green hair. Although, from a cultural point of view, it is also curious, because this country is perhaps the most different from ours, and from others (normal ones) in terms of the state system. How will a person from there behave here? It could turn out to be a social experiment.
Kermia - there is a chance that someone smart and with interesting ideas may come from there, which will at least brighten up our days. I would like to talk to such a person.

Sangvinaria - if there are indeed some puppet masters there, then we definitely don't need such people here, especially after the recent incident. This would be extremely imprudent on the part of the leadership.
Eolia - I would not want different half-humans to scare our girls in the evenings by suddenly jumping out of the dark corner or flying past their windows and peeking at what they are doing. This will undermine trust and discipline among students.
Aokami - we already have enough different soldiers, so I don't really want to see another face without an intellectual spark in their eyes, especially if they are really so arrogant.

Question 6: if in the coming years a military conflict breaks out between Sakuramoria and another country, what will be your emotions about this, and will you go to the front?
If I don't go into too much detail, then, of course, negative emotions, because, first of all, this affects ordinary people, which we are. I don't think it makes sense to describe what the negativity will be. The reasons for conflicts are, of course, different; sometimes they are forced, but as a rule, there are always more minuses for everyone, although I do not exclude that over time, this may benefit someone, but you have to live to see it. And, in my opinion, such things happen as a last resort, when diplomacy is no longer effective.
As for the front, I think there are special people for this, and they are even paid for it. And I am more of a warrior of words than of a sword or an axe. Another thing is that we may be attacked and they may try to destroy us completely; in that case, I think no one will have a choice.

For some time, the duelists circled, staring at each other. Tension hung in the air. Then, in one moment, a couple of shots rang out, but neither of them hit its target. The fight continued, and for some time, Gideon and Elliot continued to circle in the arena. And then... it seems that Gideon's nerves gave out. The young man threw his weapon, which he had used for most of the tournament, on the ground and replaced it with a much more compact pistol. And Elliot, who apparently maintained his composure, easily dodged the bullets fired in a fit of emotion and then ended the duel with a single accurate shot. A rather disappointing finale. One could only guess how things would have turned out if Gideon hadn't succumbed to his emotions. But it was hard to blame him – the guy had already shown himself to be better than many, reaching the final of this event.

Therefore, the future of Lafrenia looks very bleak — wars will devastate the lands, many countries will end up in ruins, and countless casualties are expected. Sakuramoria's role in all this is, first and foremost, to withstand a large-scale war should one begin. We are surrounded by enemies on all sides, and the probability of its start is high. Then, once the enemy has been crushed, I believe the reasonable course of action would be to agree as quickly as possible on a peace settlement most favorable to us. The swift surrender of one enemy may make others reconsider, and in this way Sakuramoria will influence the preservation of peace in Lafrenia, at least within its own borders. The main thing here is to consider how an advantage will be ensured that allows for the sufficiently rapid and effective breaking of enemy forces, thereby intimidating their leaders; I will mention this in my answer to the next question.

Altinia — an example of the triumph of technological progress, the efficiency of which is clearly demonstrated by its vast territory and military power, allowing for expansion with minimal losses and ensuring its current neutrality with most surrounding countries. If Sakuramoria's military forces had mechanisms similar to those that make up Altinia's army, this is exactly what could become a decisive advantage for us in the event of a military conflict. It should also be noted that the development of high technologies, as seen in Altinia, has led to the possibility of creating an economic system unique in Lafrenia, which does not make the state dependent on trade ties with others.

Emeraldia — attracts me due to its similarity in structure to Sakuramoria, as well as the fairness of its societal philosophy. In certain respects, it could even be called a "better version" of Sakuramoria and an antipode to Eolia, which is due to historical reasons — having preserved its traditions and population unity, Emeraldia restored itself after the war without difficulty, and by limiting the monarch's power with a constitution, it prevented the possibility of dangerous authoritarian decisions.

Against this backdrop, their nationalistic ideas look especially ridiculous.

Levia — another hostile neighbor. With the most unremarkable history of all; simply a bunch of soldiers seized lands and made others their servants. And subsequently they stooped to piracy and slave trading — once valiant(?) military commanders turned into ordinary bandits. The lack of any sensible unity and the presence of a king "for show" also make this country unattractive.

Eolia — a country of the past. Now it is simply lands of outcasts, who were herded together in a reservation like a garbage dump, and now they sit helplessly waiting for the conquerors to finally decide how to divide their territories. It is already difficult to sympathize with losers, but even harder when they practice blasphemous rituals or follow matriarchal traditions, or are simply akin to monsters.

Question 4: students from which countries would you like to see in your ranks after the start of the next quarter, and why them?

Altinia — I would be very interested to see intelligent mechanisms with my own eyes and observe their training process. Moreover, their presence in the academy would give it a special techno-charm of the future, which would be fitting for an educational institution.
Emeraldia — based on the ethics adopted in the country, one can expect decent guests who will set an example and make society a little better.
Oleander — despite the fact that this state is hostile to Sakuramoria, I do not believe that its residents should be neglected or feared for this reason alone, as individual personalities may turn out to be quite good and interesting people without ill intentions, who would gladly find their place in NAILS. In my opinion, those from Oleander have the greatest predisposition for this, thanks to the cultural and sporting development of the country, as well as the satisfaction of its citizens.
Seline — it's not so much that I want to see them specifically, but simply that their noble convictions appear in NAILS as well.
Kermia — I think merchants would especially like to see them, but perhaps students might get something out of it too.
Eastern Federation — they could help with shopping, provided some rowdy person doesn't show up.
