In the other, a quiet and perhaps ominous figure, Elliot, a man of mystery. Such characters are often depicted as antagonists in various productions. For some time, the duelists circled, staring at each other. Tension hung in the air. Then, in one moment, a couple of shots rang out, but neither of them hit its target. The fight continued, and for some time, Gideon and Elliot continued to circle in the arena. And then... it seems that Gideon's nerves gave out. The young man threw his weapon, which he had used for most of the tournament, on the ground and replaced it with a much more compact pistol. And Elliot, who apparently maintained his composure, easily dodged the bullets fired in a fit of emotion and then ended the duel with a single accurate shot. A rather disappointing finale. One could only guess how things would have turned out if Gideon hadn't succumbed to his emotions. But it was hard to blame him – the guy had already shown himself to be better than many, reaching the final of this event.
