Well, it's a favorable gambit for them either way.

If Ardath wins? Fewer pesky Sith.

If the Sith win? That dreaded Ardath is no more.

If Ardas wins? Fewer pesky Sith.

If the Sith win? That dreaded Ardas will be gone.

Karnarez: I couldn't care less about all this... Ardas? Sith? Pff...

I wonder if Lucifería/Astarothia could convince these nudists to switch sides in the event of a battle between Florenzan and Swordgard...

And why would they help Astarothia and Lucifería when they can secure victory for Sithia on their own?

^

When the GM really wants to make a sequel about how female player characters live on a human farm.

How lucky Neyra is that she went to Ikazkan.

If Gildaria gets attacked, I'll retroactively describe that mom and sister offed themselves.

Don't worry, Santella will resurrect them.

By the way, instead of phantom magic, Swordgard could have paid her to save Lorican.

They take part in human squabbles for human money... for Sithian society that sounds like a total disgrace... Same as Luciferiya. But Astarothia is sitting pretty...

Not on a horse, but on some pathetic little man. Can't even conquer Tezoth on his own. Pfft.

The point here isn't whether it's for money or not. It's about showing their queen just how capable they are.

So even the queen herself was willing to take Renavan under her wing... Astarotia simply intercepted a convenient plan for herself.

The point is that the Sithians are selfish, and showing themselves 10 out of 10 is more valuable to them than seeking any alliances.

However, no one rules out that they are already in a secret collusion with the slippers of Swordgard and Olivus — you and Heroist just don't know about it yet.
